  I think ********* out of ************* is a horrible company they broke their lease with me and i did all the loads i sat and on top of that i had to find another job do not work for this company a bunch of liars

  Instead of telling us no to our rate broker Bill J****** at ext **** (if that is his real name) he tells us we cannot book freight with them and leaves me on hold and hangs up. I called back and he said he did not care to explain and to contact corporate if I needed to. He refused me the option to speak with his manager and told me he did not care. We called in to another ext and they told us they can work with us and the broker Bill just lied since he got a cheaper rate. So not sure what is going on but the way we were treated by Bill is extremely rude and unprofessional.

  I did a load for this from ******* to ***** broker told the load is ready but when i got to the shipper the load was not ready so while I was waiting from the shipper i called him to let him know that I will not have enough clock hours for this load he told me he can get it rescheduled no problem I keep asking him for an updated rate con he told me to wait for tomorrow so he can fix it , the next he sent it to me after I gave him my ETA and location without any problem i delivered the load with both stops no issue Now 40 days when it's to pay they took $872 for late delivery fees claiming ******* charge them to reschedule the load

  We did a load back in July had 3 stop in Texas. Long story short the 3 drop was rejected because the product was soft ice cream. We had money out and from that money they covered the $15,000 claim and now are saying that the freight bill is not going to be paid. Which I don’t understand because I already paid for the claim plus the other two deliveries were perfectly fine. I just called and they just push you around. Don’t get anybody on the phone for you to help. I’m not seeing everybody out. There has the same work ethic, but there is a few that shouldn’t be there. It makes the rest of them look bad.

  Unfortunately with the download that was provided the customer claimed us. The claim amount was higher than the freight on the load, so the customer did not pay out the load.  if you want to give me a call my phone number is ************.

  I don’t recommend this company at all they put !! Supposedly they always say that we are missing PO’s so they don’t pay us specially, the brokers they’re very bad one names is Jared W. he’s a very bad person it took them three months to resolve and pay me half the amount we agreed to!!!
