      They bring shady car salesman to an entirely new level! Beware of misleading pricing and bait-and-switch tactics!

      Advertised a price that was much lower than what they were really offering. Refused to honor price without $2,988 unwanted package + multiple inflated fees.

      Red flags:
      1. Confirmed price via email, then backtracked.
      2. Evasive when asked for written confirmation.
      3. Added unwanted package despite my explicit refusal.
      4. Claimed package "built into pricing" contradicting earlier statements.
      5. Pressured for in-person visit despite price discrepancy.
      6. Admitted to aggressive online pricing, knowing package + fees would be added later.

      Wasted hours of time and nearly resulted in unnecessary 2-hour round trip.

      Advice:
      - Get ALL details in writing.
      - Be wary of prices too good to be true.
      - Expect resistance to clear communication.
      - Read other legitimate reviews carefully.

      Dealership seems more interested in getting you in the door than providing honest, upfront pricing. Save yourself time and frustration!

      If I could put 0 stars I would! Being in the business I think its very disrespectful how they changed the price of the vehicle upon arrival. I drove 1hr 30min away from Orlando in traffic for a car that I was TOLD was one price but I was surprised when I was presented the numbers. With a additional 10,000 added to the price I was in shock. I have been and worked at dealerships never have I ever experienced something this disrespectful. Worse car buying experience I have seen or had. Now I see why the showroom had only me being the only customer at the time. STAY AWAY FROM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DON’T MAKE THE DRIVE LIKE I DID!

      Fantastic dealership in every way! Our personal vehicles are Ram and Jeep...my fleet vehicles are all Fords...Bill Bryan services all and am beyond satisfied with the service department, parts, sales and the entire team. They have never failed to go above and beyond in getting our service completed and out the door in a timely manner. My recent purchase of a new Jeep Cherokee was great but I did not like the vehicle, after a few months my husband was in for service on his Ram and was speaking with Charles...was ask how I like my new Jeep and Was told I was not happy. He had me come in and I am now in the Jeep I love and my financing turned out even better as well. Bill Bryan and the team have my vote!
