I placed an order totaling $979.65 on April 30, 2023, and had to cancel my order on May 2, 2023. I received a credit memo confirming the order cancellation and a fully approved refund on May 2, 2023. Anticipating ten days for a refund, I called the company around May 15, 2023, and was told that they were having a systems issue but that the refund should be completed in the next few days. Following calls and emails went unanswered, and now the company line is inactive, stating that their "offices are currently closed."Initial Complaint

I ordered products from big daddy unlimited on 3/22/2023 for 704.65$ on 3/24/2023 they refunded 259.90$ they still have not ahipped any of my stuff out so i ordered from another company and had everything in a few days. I have called multiple times and sent emails with no reply of any kind i want all of my money refunded as soon as possible. My order number was 000042805 and this has gone on to long and the fact that they will not even reply to me is unacceptable and this needs to be resolved and i hope others will not be treated like this in the future.Initial Complaint

Ordered 19 items on 12/21/22. Every item was listed as being in stock, at the time of ordering, and during the finalization of the order. It took them a couple of months, then I finally received 5 items of my 19 item order. Then they said, the 14 other items had not shipped yet, due to previous orders that were backed up, at their associate warehouse, and gave me no ETA on when the remaining 14 items would finally be shipped. It has now been 6 months, since I placed, and paid in full,
for that 19 item order. I called them today, and was on hold for 30 minutes trying to contact customer service, for an update. They are now, not even answering their phones, no matter what number you enter, into their automated answering service, because I tried every one of them !!!!!!!
"Big Daddy Unlimited" has turned into a criminal enterprise, when they started scamming their online customers such as myself, then blatantly stealing money, from honest unsuspecting customers who paid up front, for merchandise, that was never shipped out or delivered. This was "Interstate Wire Fraud", "And Pure Theft" plain and simple !!!
I am proceeding with filing criminal complaints, with the Florida, Attorney General's Office, the Florida, State Police, and the FBI, for starters. I will now pursue this matter as a crime, where I was victimized, by this B.D.U. scamming operation, so it may be further investigated and possible criminal charges filed, against the appropriate individuals. I suggest anyone else reading this, do exactly the same, because people need to be prosecuted, over what has occurred here !!!

Date order from them was canceled on May 6, 2023
The order was charged to my Credit card and funds were never credited to the card.
The amount charged to my credit card was $124.94 for a product made by Wheeler Engineering.
I tried to call this company 7 times in the past 4 days with no response from them. I have asked them to credit my card at least 10 times by leaving them phone messages and sending them emails.
They do not answer the phone nor do they send me any kind of written messages.
The product was never sent to me because they got the message from me to cancel the order because the Wheeler product they were selling was the old model and I wanted the newest model.
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office for the State of Florida this morning (June 2, 2023.
My bank has asked me to try to settle the disputed charges with this company before they file and dispute the charges. I have tried to do that all week long and never get any response from them. They have all my information to contact me ,but they refuse to contact me.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase on 1/16/23. After a couple months and not getting what I ordered I contacted them and was informed there was a delay in the warehouse. A couple more months went by and did not receive anything or any updates. Finally in the first week of May I requested to cancel my order and get a refund. It took 3 back and forth emails before they finally canceled my order on 5/8/23. I was told I would receive a full refund in 7-10 business days. It is now 5/31/23 and I have not received my refund. Cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service even though the business hours state it is open. Reviews online state that they are refusing refunds, responding to customers and just taking orders without being able to fulfill the orders. If I could give them zero stars I would this is an online scam store do not purchase anything from them. I ordered some magazines and waited a few days almost a week waiting for tracking and never received a email so I decided to give them a call which it took forever to get someone on the phone. I was them told it was going to take about 3 to 4 months for my items to be shipped so I asked for a refund. They told me it’ll ten to fourteen days for my money to be returned I’ve been waiting for almost a month and still haven’t received my refund. I can’t get anyone on the phone. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. On February 15, 2023, I placed an order with your website for an item worth $299.75. It has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive the item or any satisfactory resolution to this matter.
When I contacted your customer service team to inquire about the status of my order, I was given the run-around and told that the item was no longer available. I then requested a refund, but despite numerous assurances from your team that my refund would be processed via ACH, I have yet to see any refund for my purchase.
This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only has your company failed to deliver the product I ordered, but it has also failed to provide any reasonable solution or timely refund for the amount I paid.
I want to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have received from Big Daddy Unlimited. Your lack of communication and failure to follow through on your promises have resulted in an incredibly negative experience for me.
Going forward, I will no longer be using your website and will be sharing my experience with others. I hope that you take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to rectify this matter.Business Response
