    Made orders on 1/5/2023, 1/7/2023, and 1/12/2023. Have been in contact with them until email attempt on 5/2/2023. Was informed I would Not be charged membership fee until orders filled . Two more email attempts with no correspondence and several calls/voice mails with no contact.

    I was told on 5/23/23 that I would receive a refund for the membership and cancelled order. I have sent numerous emails since the credit memo was received on 5/24/23 to no avail. I cannot get the refunds, nor a response from this company.

    I placed an order for a rifle to be shipped to my local ffl dealer on June 26th 2023 they said 5 business days and now it's almost 2 weeks. I tried to call and cancel order $640.00 and can not get through to customer service via messages, email, or phone calls to cancel or get a refund. They sent me few messages on Google review saying it would be canceled and refunded and yet to do either as of July 6th 2023

    Ordered from them last November, by May we have not received anything even after calling the company multiple times- they kept giving excuses and empty promises of shipping details. We canceled the order at the end of May which they promised a refund for. Two months later we have received none of it. They sent a request for wire info which I completed and sent back and they said they tried it but got denied by my bank- checked with the bank and that didn't happen. They said they would send as a check and we never received that either. We've called 3 more times which they said they would call back when the right person was in and that's never happened either. They owe me thousands of dollars and I'm not sure they will ever pay me back.

    I bought the wrong item as from their website it looked like a complete gun but it was just the stock. I left a voicemail and emailed a couple times and have not had any response. When.I go online to initiate a return, the item still shows pending shipment which prevents me from starting a return. It is very frustrating dealing with a company who won't answer their phone or answer emails. I wished I would have read their reviews first as others have stated that customer service is non existent.

    I ordered a product on April 26th was charged on my credit card with out getting a ship date which is unusual. I called and they said this would put my order in line for the product. ??? The order was for $50.94 Since that time I’ve called several times left message and sent text messages without receiving any responses. Can you help me with this. Sincerely **** *****

    I ordered an item from BDU on 5/5/23 and it showed in stock. The total was $932 and was accepted when the order was placed. On 5/24 the item still had not shipped and I called and was told it was allocated to me but could not give me a shipping date due to it being at the supplier. I asked to cancel the order and the order was cancelled with payment to be refunded within 10 business days. It is now 6/24 and the payment still has not been refunded and I cannot get anyone to answer the phones or return emails.

    Placed order for 243wssm brass on March 12,2023 I waited about 3 to 4 weeks called them they said brass was in stock they were having issues with the warehouse that was shipping the product, but it would ship out soon so I waited and called back May 12th, 2023, 3 months later canceled my order they told me 10 to 14 days for refund and it is June the 16th, 2023 still no refund and they stopped answering the phone. My order number 000015059 and says account is closed so 34 days after canceling order didn't know trying to get a refund could be so frustrating till I've dealt with Big Daddy Unlimited. I guess I need to stick to ordering from Midway, Brownells never had any problems from those companies

    Ordered an Item last year with order number #000008147. Asked for a refund, they said it would be 15 business days at most. It has been a month and I still have not gotten my money back. This is extremely poor business practices. I need said money to pay bills.

    I ordered items online from Big Daddy Unlimited on March 31 2023. My credit card was charged $236.86 on that day. A month later the order was still being processed according to the website. I contacted the company and was told one of their suppliers were backed up but they were working on a solution. Two weeks later and the order was still being processed. When I called this time I received the automated voice stating the company office hours and that they were closed, but the call was made during business hours. I have tried multiple times since then and have always received the same message stating that they are closed, but it was always during business hours. I have also emailed their support and have not received any response.
