On May 10th 2023 I bought a red dot from BDU. I was charged but have yet to receive my order. I have been sending emails for months now. No one will answer the phone. It's just a recording to send them an email. I have been told twice now that my order was ready to ship and that was all that came of it. I have also unsubscribed from their emails multiple times just to keep receiving promotional messages. At this point I have already bought what I ordered from them through another company. Order #000085000 was placed on 5/2/23 and was showing "in stock". BDU notified me the week of the purchase that there would be a slight delay, but they would keep me updated. Since then, I have tried to contact BDU via phone and email to no avail. They have charged me $****** for an item that was never shipped and they refuse to communicate with me about any sort of refund.Initial Complaint

I made an order on 11/24/2023 for ********** My bank canceled the order thinking it was fraudulent. On 11/25 I corrected the issue with my bank and reordered the product along with another item totaling ********** The following week Big Daddy Unlimited resubmitted my first transaction charging me twice. I sent them an email to cancel the order which they did not respond to. I waited and called several times with no response and none of my orders processed. I then made a cheap third order to test the issue (******). After a month, none of my items had processed. I contacted them again and again by email and phone with no response. I have emailed this company repeatedly to cancel my membership with them and they do not respond to emails nor allow me to cancel my membership online. I sent my first email in november and have attempted to call them at their support line listed on their website, but a message plays telling you to send them an email and then the message ends. I've sent 3 emails since November and they kept charging my card for monthly membership while not even responding to my emails. I've messaged them on Instagram ans no response. This is unacceptable. Monthly membership is about $****** I would like to be refunded my money from November, December, and January. On 01/08/23 I placed an order with Big Daddy Unlimited for a total of $******* As of 02/11/24 this order still has not been fulfilled. I have sent several emails to the company requesting a status of the order, but most of these emails were left unanswered. Those that were answered only eluded to an unnamed warehouse having several shipping delays and no estimated shipping date was provided. Having now waited over 12 months for my purchase to be delivered, all I want is for it to be fulfilled and for Big Daddy Unlimited to stop its current business practices.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a pocket knife and a new rifle stock on February 21, 2023. My 2 items came out to $262.98 plus a standard shipping charge of $14.95 for a total charge of $277.93. I have used this company for many transactions prior to this one and always had great things to say about their business and never had any kind of problems. I believe the company was bought out either late 2022 or early 2023 but don't know for certain. When my item was delayed in shipping I called and asked for an update. They claimed one of their warehouses was behind in schedule but were working to resolve the problem. They gave me the same answer over and over again and eventually stopped answering phone calls and emails all together. Their phone line is now an answering machine that tells customers to email them, which they never respond too. I cancelled the debit card use to make this purchase and filled a dispute through my bank but that hasn't gone anywhere.Initial Complaint

On order #********* placed on 10/29/23, I have not received item sku: ************ (Holosun Advanced Enclosed Micro Sight AEMS - Red). I have emailed them many many times with no response. I have attached screenshots of the order details including one of the many emails I sent requesting assistance on 12/25/2023. I tried calling the different phone numbers I could find ***** ******** and ***** ******** during business hours during the week with no change in options... The automated system only says to contact them via email (***************************** and *********************************) I can't get ahold of anyone and don't know what else to do. If the item is not available I would gladly take my money back and purchase it somewhere else. Otherwise I would be perfectly fine with them shipping the item to me. The main issue here is communication...I can't seem to be able to talk to anyone about my order that was placed over 3 months ago. July 2023 ordered a Ruger bx trigger and 3 Colt 1911 magazines, all were in stock. Immediately charged my C.C.
Never shipped. Numerous emails- most unanswered.
Got a couple responses, apologizing for the delay. They would send the items soon.

I placed an order on Jan 6th. I received an partial order on Jan 11th. I reached out on the 11th and received an reply on the 12th asking what I was missing. I replayed on the 12th with a picture of the highlighted items that I was missing. I sent another email on the 18th and the 22nd due to not received an response. As of this time, still no response. I have called multiple times to only receive a recording to reach them via email. I have also filled out there customer support form with pictures of the items I received and the same highlighted image I submitted weeks ago. I really just want my items.
