    We are stuck in a subscription for $10 a month but there is no product or service offered. We are not sure how we got stuck in this but we are being billed repeatedly. Additionally, there is no customer service for this company. Reached out to both phone numbers and emails on their web page and on Facebook to know success. The prior issues on this site shows me that this is their business model. From the customers. Like all of my money refunded for these fraudulent subscriptions in addition to canceling the subscription that we never asked for in the first place.
    The uploaded picture only shows the last four months of this fraud. There is over a year and over $1000 taken from my account.

    Had purchased multiple products from the company over 7 months ago was told one of the products I purchased was not available in that color four months after I purchased it and told me that they would ship out a different color if it was okay with me which I agree then they stopped responding to emails phone calls chats they will not give me an update while my product has not shipped.

    I purchased a firearm on July 8, 2023 from Big Daddy Unlimited. I have made multiple purchases with this company, and I have always received confirmation of an order, especially a firearm. They have taken my money, have not sent confirmation, and have not delivered the firearm. I used to be able to call and speak with customer service, but now it is all through email. I have sent multiple emails in the past 10 days and have received no response. I have also tried calling over and over and have received no response. I have left voicemails. the amount is above $1800 so this is my concern. You can see the order number adjacent to the July 8, 2023 purchase in the attached photo.

    I contacted my FFL, and told them the situation, thinking, maybe it had arrived without them, notifying me, and they said multiple people have complained about this about the extremely poor communication from Big Daddy Unlimited. They believe Big Daddy Unlimited might be closing its store.

    On April 29, 2023 I ordered 4 Kel-Tec CP33 magazines from Big Daddy Unlimited. I paid the company $178.91 for this purchase, that amount was deducted from my checking account on May 1, 2023. Three days after I placed the order I received an e-mail telling me that there was a problem in their warehouse and they would reach out to me when my order was filled. Since then I have called the company 6 times. I had to leave a message every time asking that they return my call. I have not received a phone call. Now when you call you can't even leave a message you are told to contact they through their e-mail address, *****************************. I have done that requesting that they call me about my order. Again I have not heard from them. It has been three months since I placed my order and I do not have my items. I can't contact them because they do not respond. I receive 2-3 e-mail advertisements from the company on a daily basis and have seen that the price of the magazines I ordered has changed from the $44.95 I paid for them to $33.95 and now $41.95. I don't know if you can help me but I would appreciate anything you can do. I would like the magazines that I ordered but if that can't be done a refund of the $178.91 that I paid them.
    The following is a copy of the e-mail that I have now sent to the company twice.

    I ordered 4 Kel-Tec CP 33 mags on April 29, 2023. The money has been taken from my account so they have been paid for but I have yet to receive them.
    I have also called 5 times and requested a call back but that hasn’t happened either.
    The most disturbing part to me is that I get anywhere from 1-4 e-mails from you every day. That is not going to happen until I get some satisfaction on this order.

    It has currently been 15 days since I ordered from big daddy unlimited I have reached out to them via email phone and their social media platforms several times to no avail. I am currently attempting contact through their suppliers which have not gotten back to me yet. Thank you for your time.

    I placed a order with Big Daddy Unlimited on 03/12/2023 in the amount of $383.94 order #***** and then another order on 04/11/2023 in the amount of $313.97 order #64032. I tried to cancel both orders and finally got the orders canceled and they said they would refund my money but I have not been refunded and the company doesn't answer the phone or respond to emails. On 05/11/2023 they said they would refund the order for $383.94 and said it could take 7-10 days to receive the refund which I still have not received. The other order for $313.97 I received an email on 06/26/2023 saying it would be refunded and to allow it 7-10 days for the refund which I still have not received.

    I ordered a product from this company, but the supply chain was backed off and after two weeks it still hadn't shipped. I then called and canceled my order, and assured a refund. It has beed 3 months and I have not recieved any refund, and they will not return my emails or calls.

    Made 2 orders in April , asked to cancel and a refund. I was told all this would happen 1 time on phone then nothing after 10 calls and emails.No refund or reply for months. Cantacted VISA, Just wanted to follow up with this complaint. ******

    I placed an order with multiple products early November 2022. One of the items shipped by the remaining items were never received. I was told they had a warehouse fulfillment issue and a glitch in your software which caused my order not to be correctly processed. I initially requested a refund because I was told it could not get the product to me. Further communications with them revealed that they had another warehouse that could fulfill the rest of my order at which time I chose to cancel my refund request and ask for the remaining products to be shipped. That's the last time I heard from the company. I have replied to that email chain numerous times, called and left messages on two different numbers with a company multiple times and send the message through their contact page email address, all over the last four to six weeks, and have never received a response from the company. I would either like a full refund of the products that I did not receive or, and I would prefer this, to receive the products I ordered in a timely manner.

    On 05-18-2023, I purchased a gun case and organizer for a total of $296.98. BDU updated its status claiming 'pending shipment' and has not updated since the same day. I've contacted BDU several times in both email and phone calls to no avail. All I'm asking is to get my money back so that I can cancel my membership and leave this awful business.
