  I canceled my membership. But still got charged the following month. I cant delete credit card info. No one ever answers the phone plus Im waiting on a order thats been ordered a month

  Good morning,Thank you for your comments, *******!We are aware of one of our warehouses being affected by delayed shipping, we let all members know by emailing them if their order is coming from that affected warehouse. We are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible but we understand if the wait is too long, you are free to cancel anytime as long as tracking is not attached.Unfortunately, due to that delay, we have been experiencing higher volumes of calls and emails as well. We try to help all members as efficiently as possible and that can extend hold times. However, it looks like your calls were all abandoned, we will look into this issue more to see why.I do see that one of our Membership Support specialists helped you get canceled and refunded for that month. We are sad to lose you as a member but hopefully, we can regain your trust in the future.Thank you

  Absolutely terrible Company to deal with. They charge you $10 monthly to get good deals, the only problem is, you cannot actually get merchandise. I ordered ammunition, their website says shipping in 5-7 days, great no problem. After a month with no emails, calls, etc. I reached out to customer service, had to wait 30 minutes, finally got someone and they stated, sorry we are behind. After 1 month I received my product, WRONG caliber. So I called again, (3rd time), their response was, take a picture and prove we sent you the wrong caliber. So now I have to do that. Absolutely the worst Company on the net. BUYER BEWARE.

As for the description discrepancy, it looks like you were fully refunded and were able to keep the product due to the ammo being a non-returnable item. We try to keep our product descriptions as accurate as possible, however, with ****** unique SKUs and over ******* product pages, there are times when this happens. Per policy, we do need more information to better help the member and get the issue resolved on our end and yours, this is the only reason you were asked to send pictures of what was received and possibly the invoice.Once again we are sorry for all inconvenience, but we do pride ourselves on our customer service being nothing less than excellent. Hopefully, we will be able to regain your trust in the future.Thank you

  I keep getting sucked into renewing stupid membership just to check prices and I forget every **** time half of it's out of stock, prices are mediocre, no way to refund or cancel even minutes after purchasing "membership" I'm really done with them.

  I must be overlooking the cancellation, if so, then apologies. But in regards to prices for those that want an idea, a 3% discount on eotech sights and the like wasn't justifiable to me.

  This company completely tanked over the last 2 years. The last 4 orders I placed I had to call after 2 weeks not shipping and find out that my order is "from a warehouse that is experiencing significant delays." I asked if you knew there was a delay from that warehouse, why did you not make a note of the website. "Well, we tried reaching out to the people running the website, but we haven't been able to update it." WHAT? you cant even communicate with your own company? Cancelled membership and as a test ordered one more thing to confirm the constant pattern of 2 weeks not shipping and having to call and cancel order as they don't know when it will ship. That would be 5 orders in a row.

Our estimated time frame for processing orders is 5-7 business days, however, one of our warehouses is currently showing delays that date further out. We completely understand your point in adding it to our website; however, not all our warehouses are currently affected by this delay and we did not want members to think so. Unfortunately, it is still affecting some members. Once we were informed our team did decide to send individual emails to all members that pass the estimated time frame to inform them that their order is experiencing this issue.We are sorry to lose you as a member and hope to gain your trust in the future once our delay is cleared.

  Everything about this site is a scam. First and foremost their prices aren't even particularly good. Why on earth would someone pay a recurring fee to get average prices! To make matters worse, their order fulfillment and customer service are terrible. Orders take 1-2 weeks to be shipped. This is the only company I've done business with in years that can't ship an order in 48 hours. Never again.

  Had to pay 99 cents to view their prices. LOL, I can easily get better prices on-line for every item I checked (Ammo, optics, packs). They had particularly good deals only on items that were not in stock. I suspect when the items become available, they will raise the prices.Guess it was worth 99 cents for the entertainment!

For that reason, we do offer the $0.99 first-month trial membership, to get behind our paywall. Not to make money, but to respect our agreements with partnered manufacturers. This not only protects our business model but also gives almost anyone the ability to check us out without any real risk. If you like what you see and want to continue receiving great prices and service, you can then decide to pay the $9.99 monthly membership fee or cancel at any time.
