    Purchased a few things on 12/17/2022 and my order still says processing. I tried to get a hold of them and send them an email and no one has got back to me. This was my first purchase from them and definitely will be my last. If you dont want to wait months for simple products like triggers or charge handles, then this isnt for you. STAY AWAY!!!

    Good morning ******,We apologize that you were unable to reach a representative to go over your order.Since moving to our new site we have been experiencing higher call and email volume than usual, so wait and reply times do vary. It does look like your email has since been answered.We have reviewed your order and it does seem that you have a couple of items coming from a warehouse we are currently experiencing delays with. We are sending emails to notify our members once we see fulfillment through that warehouse and are working hard to get caught up. Your order should have tracking soon.As for the trigger you ordered, this is a pre-order item. We are working on the oldest to newest orders. We completely understand that your first order did not reach your expectations but we do appreciate all our customers and strive for excellence. Hopefully, once our delay is cleared we can prove that too you!Thank you

    I have been a member for over a year and had mostly favorable things to say until the last several months. Im still waiting on multiple orders. According to customer service they have spent the last 90 days working on fulfilling orders placed between October 10 and October 13. I finally got tired of the run around and canceled my subscription today. Waiting several months on an order is not a shipping delay. Its a major problem. I strongly recommend staying away from this big daddy unlimited.

    Good morning,We would like to apologize for the delay you have experienced, especially as a long-time member. We understand you are not used to these timeframes.We had a chance to look at your order. It looks like Order# ******* from October has been completely shipped. Also, we looked into Order # ********* from November, all items except for the ********* Hiperswitch Safety Selector have also shipped.Unfortunately, that item is in the queue and only available at our delayed warehouse. This delay is outside of our norm and we do hope to have this cleared up, the time it is taking is unfortunately unexpected.Whenever possible, our team has been processing all available items through alternate warehouses that are not experiencing delays. they will continue to keep an eye on your order to properly redirect it if possible.We are sorry to see you go as a member but hope to gain your trust back in the future.     I placed an order in October and the items had not shipped as of mid December. I asked for a refund and they sent me a check that bounced for insufficient funds. Wow!!! Are they going out of business?

The error that occurred was not due to insufficient funds but we are looking into it and making sure it doesn't affect anyone else.     I was a member for just 4 months, bid daddy started out great getting shipments in less than a week. This last order I ordered 8 boxes of 556 back in August its now January. I keep emailing them and they keep telling me my order is in the que.. this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any online order. I canceled my sub and will never place and order with them again, warn friends and family, I realize its only 8 boxes of 556 but its the principle here.. got the ba/| to ask for a sub fee and get this treatment.. 0 rating for me.. and it takes a lot for me to get on here and type this out put it this way Im 33 years old and this is my first post on here 2 neg comment overall. To give you guys a background, not the type to leave a comment because my ammo box came in faded.

    Good morning ****,We apologize for the delay you are experiencing.After trying to look into an account related to your email address, we could not find an order similar to the one you are describing. We did find communication under another account, maybe a relative's account, that had a claim filed in October. It seems Order # ******* and ******* were marked delivered in August and it was reported as never received. Unfortunately, by the time this was reported, it was outside of our Policy and window to investigate properly but our Claims Specialist did offer the courtesy reshipment. At that time we did inform you about the unprecedented delay we were seeing from one of our warehouses. ?Please know we are actively working on rectifying this issue, unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected. But we are trying to use alternate warehouses when possible if inventory becomes available.     I ordered a Holosun 510C-GR and some back-up sights in Mid -October. Paid the membership fee. About Three weeks later ordered some ammo. I started calling about the first order around the time I ordered the ammo. Spoke w/ **** and was told about the 'delayed warehouse' that so many others are being told. I have since called 2 more times to be told the same thing. It's mid December now and I'm fed up. Any money that I may have saved has long-since been negated by the monthly membership fees. After this post I will be canceling the order and my membership as well. I'll find this stuff somewhere else. If I'd only read the reviews about this company before I ordered?????

    Not sure what to say anymore. Like some have stated before, *** had good dealing with them in the past and have been a subscription holder for a couple of years iD say. bought many parts from them, but now its all horrible. Worst dealings and company practices I have ever dealt with. They take your order and money with no mentions of warehouse delays until your ask for an update, if they even decide to reply. I still have things waiting to process its been months with an S. Ive emailed numerous times to get some type of eta but nothing no response. If or when I get my last orders. Itll be my last time ordering and Ill cancel my sub and ************* and family away from this company. Save your money and time!!

    Been a "member" for several years and have spent thousands. Always hoping that they are about to get their act together. Totally agree with ************ comments. I am currently waiting on an order from October and it is December! The last few months have been absurd.Someone needs to get fired, but I think they are all friends which makes it a bad situation businesswise; Most other sites ship out an order within hours of online order! Called several times and get the same scripted message from the "representative". Sent a couple of emails that have not been answered. Buyer Beware!

    Not worth the time or the money to deal with. You would think after paying for a membership they would send updates and at some point ship your order. But just keep getting more promotions from them. Buy more. Been over a month waiting for a common product that after shipping cost more than any other website. Never had a company seem to care so little. Dont waste your money.

    Been member for years, before covid, amazing company barely delays, always great prices. Then 2020 hit and the company took a dip, and that's expected. However even now they are making the habit of accepting orders and then never fulfilling them. I already had to request refunds on orders and cancel others. I currently now have waited over a month for an order, I have sent several emails for a response and refund, but they refuse to answer. What was once a company that had great all around prices and was" the ****** of the gun world" is now a shadow of its former self, taking its customers money and running.

    Ordered 3 weeks ago and still waiting for items to ship. **************** says this warehouse is delayed by weeks. Why not route orders through another warehouse. Disappointed in their ability to fill orders

We are working hard to get caught up, but can understand the frustration.We only have one warehouse showing delays, the other two warehouses we use are currently shipping within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, the warehouse that does house many brands and models has most of our orders working through it which has caused the backup. If your products were available elsewhere we would have happily processed them through a quicker warehouse, but that is not always a possibility.We are offering free months for our members so they do not have to pay membership while waiting on their order to arrive. And of course, you may cancel at any time if the wait is not ideal, we completely understand.*********,****************
