    Sorry but Southern ********************** is bad. They installed my elevator but could never get it aligned correctly. They told me I need a part but never ordered it. I switched companies to get it fixed which ended costing me money

    To whom it may concern:
    I am writing this letter to inform you that SOUTHERN HOME ELEVATORS(SHE) and it’s owner, Dale ********* of *** **** ****** ***** ********, Fl 34744 are operating in a fraudulent manor and have stolen over $35,000.00 from me. There has been no attempt to set up a repayment schedule and no suggestion of the return of the money which they were paid.
    We contracted for an elevator in mid 2022 to be installed by mid December. We were told in August of this year, 2023, that he was unable to get a permit to install the elevator. Upon investigation, I found that he had not submitted the required drawings the county asked for and when they declined a written description of the job, gave up. Dale then stated he would be unable to install the elevator and would I give him permission to sell the elevator and return my money. I sent him a letter stating I would give him 30 days to do so, which concluded on the 6th of September. I have received no word from him since that time. It is clear to me that he has no intention of either fulfilling the contract or returning my money. We are in the process of filing a “Breech of Contract” form and wish to warn others against doing business with SHE and Dale *********.
