  We booked our flight through "Cheapfaremart" for a price they quoted us online then after an hour or so they called but didn't leve a message. We called them back after work to address another question then we were told that the returned flight was only available for one of us, because there was not anoter seat available and that the flight prices went up so now we were going to paid at least 500 dlls more, since the prices were going up rapidly. This company mislead us by quoting us one price and after filling up all our information they switch the the amount for a much higher price. We told them we were not going to paid more so the transaction got canceled but not before a charged for a luggage fee and 2 two other unknown charges appeared in our credit card. We are very disappointed and GIVE THEM NO STARS.

  I booked a flight ticket from CheapFaremart for travel from *********** to *****, *****. However, when presenting my passport and e-ticket at the **************** check-in counter, I was immediately informed that my name was incorrect.**************** staff insisted that there was an issue with how my name was entered by CheapFaremart. I made several attempts over more than an hour to resolve the issue, but the staff refused to investigate further. I was left in a difficult situation, as I needed to travel urgently to ***** for family reasons. I was left waiting in a crowded check-in line with no ************* travel agent, CheapFaremart, was contacted. A representative named *** claimed everything had been processed correctly on their end and insisted there was no mistake. After nearly two hours of unsuccessful discussions, I was forced to return home and seek alternative flight arrangements. **************** explained that the issue stemmed from the way CheapFaremart entered my name: my first name was listed as "A" instead of "Amr." **************** suggested I ask CheapFaremart to re-issue the ticket, but the agent refused, maintaining no error was made.Instead of addressing the name issue, the agent tried to find me an alternative seat on a ********* flight. However, upon arriving at the Lufthansa check-in desk, I learned the flight had already closed 15 minutes earlier. The agents attempts seemed insincere, adding unnecessary stress to the situation.Realizing I would not be able to board the **************** flight, I emailed CheapFaremart with several alternative flights listed on their website. These options were slightly more expensive than my original ticket. I requested that the agent honor the published rates and I was willing to pay the difference but they refused which is tells me they advertise rates they cannot honor to reel you in. Unfortunately, the agent refused to honor the rates or make any adjustments. I ended losing money and time

  I got a ticket and they called me and they said everything is confirmed and I specifically asked so if nothing will change and they said yes nothing will change. Some days later they ended up wanting to charge me about $400 extra. Be careful and I would advise to not use this company at all even though the price might be attractive

  ************** i did reserve my fare but the airline code never came in, after calling in they charged me ~150$ more after negotiating. Not cool guys.

  They sell you something cheap and then tell you that they have not been able to buy your ticket and that you must pay more or change to what they offer you, if you ask them to cancel because they cannot give you what you supposedly bought, you must pay $150 for the cancellation, a foreign person speaks to you and you do not understand them well, horrible, this page is a waste. I am very upset.

  Cheapdaremart advertises Free Cancellation. It claims "
  Lock any airfare that sounds great. You don’t lose anything if you cancel it". So I booked and I even paid extra $9.99 for free cancellation within 24 hrs. A few hours later when I called to cancel my reservation, they wanted to charge me $100 for so called "service fee". They claimed this is NOT cancellation fee, so cancellation is indeed free as they claimed. Isn't that dishonest? Nowhere in their website they mentioned that "service fee". As a consumer, we do not care how they call these fees, if they charge anything for a cancellation, then it is not a FREE cancellation. Their website says "You don’t lose anything if you cancel it", that is obviously a false claim because you would lose $100 if you cancel it!
  I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 start because with some lengthy arguments and escalation to their supervisor, they did agree to waive this "service fee" in the end. But it leaves a bad taste in my mouth -- I really shouldn't have to argue for it in the first place! I am sure most people would not waste their energy to argue with them and that is how they make some extra profit with their misleading advertisement.

  I booked an international flight for two with ************** through *******************. After booking, I received a call from the company informing me that the price had increased. The price I initially paid was about $400 less than what was listed on **************'s official website. However, the representative told me that only three seats were left, and the new price was about $800 more than what I had paid, making it $400 more than the official site. When I declined to pay the increased amount, the representative said he would speak with his manager to find a discount. He later returned with an offer that was still $50 more than the official website. I declined again and ended up booking directly through **************'s website. I now feel this company is running a scam, and Im concerned about the personal and payment information I provided on their site.

  Worst company ever. Booked two reservations for a total of 8 people. *** from this company called me and told me the price has been increased by $700. How come the price increased right after I booked my tickets. This is the third time this company did to me. This company should honor what I paid for and what they are advertising. Previously I bought tickets from Booking.com, Expedia.com, cheapoair.com. Never ever had any issues, No one called me and told me that price had been changed after I booked my tickets. Three times same thing calling me and telling me price increased, that cannot be coincident. My friend said the same thing. He booked a ticket from this website, and they called him and told him the price went up. This company just tried to rip me off. I am going to take this matter to next label. I will file a complaint and let everyone know what this company is doing. Be aware people. DO NOT buy tickets from this company.

  I found them with momondo, it was strange on every flight they where at least $50 cheaper than other options. I made reservation yesterday and few minutes later the called me that those prices are not available and new prices is about $500.00 more than initial price, then keep on the phone for 30 minutes and in the end trying to convince me that i should pay at least $200.00 more, with a reason that is nothing to spent for your familly ?????. After i did not agree to pay more they canceled my reservation.

  They pulled the same bait-and-switch scam on me and it cost me $130. Their "business model" is to buy the ticket at a low price, advertise it at even lower, and then call you up after you've bought the ticket saying that it was no longer available at that price, but you can buy it from them for a much higher price. Why have no lawsuits been brought against them?
