  Its a bait and switch company. They advertise a low price and then call you and tell you the last leg of your trip is going to cost more, and no they can't cancel the whole thing because they (conveniently) already booked the outgoing flight. AVOID! There are much better cheap airline sites.

  This company is a scam, they show up as the cheapest option on travel search sites like ******* and once you book the flight they call you back and tell you that ticket is not available and try to make you pay for the same booking. The are basically doing a bait and switch, this in unfair to ligit companies and to customers. The price I booked the tickets at came out to ******* but later they called and tried to make me pay 600 or they would cancel ,my reservation. This is not the first time they have done this.   This company is a spam. They posted low price on website but once you contact them, they'll tell you the price has been changed (increased of course) to a much higher price. If you decided not to book from them, they'll say they can give you a discount but still higher than what other agents offered (e.g. ******* or *********) . They won't let you go until you book through them. If you would like to make any changes after booking, they'll charge you a ridiculous much higher price than the airline company rule specified or told you it is not refundable even thought it is. For example, *** air charge $50 for change, $100 for refund for the lowest fare. After I refuse to pay the higher penalty Cheapfaremart told me to pay for change, instead I said I just want a refund. Then they told me it is non-refundable. *** air is well known for it is generous change or refund policy. Cheapfaremart just made up the higher change penalty or non-refundable policy.

  I was trying to purchase airline tickets for the best price. Cheapfaremart was offering the lowest price for the tickets I needed. I booked the tickets on April 9, 2023 and received confirmation e-mail. The total for 3 tickets was $4,114.74. On April 11, I received a call from Cheapfaremart and they told me that the airline raised the cost for tickets to $4,639.89. I didn't have much of a choice at that point and reluctantly paid the price they were asking. I did complain to them over the phone for unfair marketing practices. I still think that it is unfair marketing to offer tickets for certain price and, once booked, raise the price. I believe, Cheapfaremart owes me the difference between the advertised price and the price I actually paid for the tickets ($525.15).

  I bought the tickets from them twice, and then someone would call me later declaring the tickets went up by $100s. Don't waste your time!

  Booked a ticket, send an email and then the following day completely cancelled when I made the reservation for other travels. The company will not honor the booked ticket at the price booked. Terrible company, use at your own risk.
