    After reading the reviews here, I was skeptical but went with it anyway, knowing that many people don't read the contract and ask the right questions. I just had a 19-foot tow behind camper towed from *****, *******, to **************, **** (***** miles from point to point). From pick up to drop off, it was flawless. My electric tongue **** was inoperable from sitting so long, and the drive had the right tool to help me out. It took 48 hours from pick up to drop off. They sent me texts along the way from dispatch, and the driver and Move Wheels checked in with progress. It was $2500 total ($500 deposit and balance paid to the driver on delivery). It was by far the best rate I found.

    I agree with some people on here wishing I read reviews first! I was looking around to find a great deal on shipping a vehicle from DE to **. When I had called the agreement was 850 no matter the condition. Later, I got a call saying because it's inoperable the charges were going up to close to 1500! I said no I wasn't paying that when I got offers for 1150 for it being inoperable. We got down to 1200 and I said okay. The shipper guy was rude if I could attach the screenshot I would but I told him my son was on his way to get things out of the car since it was a day early for pickup and to allow an hr and the guy just up and loaded the car then took off after 40-45min saying he wasn't going to stand there waiting to give me the best service. So I sent this to *** and said hes not a rude guy defending him saying he was bad at the English language. My son was able to get his things like the kids car seats out and other basics so that's a positive. When the guy came and dropped off the car he drove it off the ramp and didn't use a winch or anything for additional costs charged. So I thought what's this?? I got charged 450 more that the original price for what?? So I sent a video and a text and left a VM just to be told they couldn't refund the unnecessary charge 450. If I were to not have paid the delivery amount that it would have came out of the drivers pocket not mine but since I paid it just sorry was all that was said and next time if I need service I'll get a deal. I said there's not going to be a next time and what they did was a scam, con, ripoff and they don't care about what happened. If anyone does read this, make sure to NOT pay the full delivery amount if you get this same attitude and remember there's nothing they can do because it's coming out of the drivers pocket. Best of luck to everyone dealing with them.

    We are sorry for any misunderstanding *******! We appreciate you allowing to confirm the driver for pick up a day in advance. As for the extra charge for shipping vehicle with the damage, its included assigning a trailer with the winch. That would assist the carrier to load and/or unload the vehicle if necessary. Its used to avoid hiring forklift at pick up/drop off locations at the last moment in case the vehicle wouldnt be able to go up or off the trailer due to the damage the vehicle had which could cost way more, unfortunately. I reviewed all the screenshots that you have sent to your sale agent with correspondence in text between you and the carrier. The driver was apologizing couple of times trying to show that he understands that its a last moment notice for you as a Client and he was waiting for a couple of hours to load this vehicle. However, maybe its missing something and there were more text after. I understand, you agreed to release a vehicle a day before supposed too, we do appreciate it. As earlier release caused some rush for you, it was more stressful. I am truly sorry for that! Please, understand, that drivers have limited hours to drive per day according to their logbook. If they drive over hours, they can get a ticket. If they wait for each vehicle for a few hours, they may stay in one area for two-three days only to be able to finish all pickups. As they cant stop the count down of allowed driving hours once they start the trip for the day. This is why the driver was trying to rush the pick up. It was our mistake not to confirm the exact time with you for the release before you agreed to release a vehicle earlier. The sale agent is notified about it to take into consideration for the other orders to avoid making the same mistake. We appreciate your review and we do our best to avoid the same mistake.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I would have read the reviews of this company first! I was not in a good place when I dealt with this company. I had been working with another company and was getting the same thing a quote then a change in price stating the drivers wouldn't take any less. I was treated with rudeness and told that if I didn't like it basically that they would just charge me 200 if I canceled. I even listed to my original call with the guy that I had told what I had been dealing with and said if u can guarantee 400 then I will do it. He said yes several times. When re-listening to the call with the manager she still was horrible and was like no he didn't. She was gaslighting me and telling me I didn't hear what I clearly heard in the call. Now I'm being charged $200 because i refuse to do business with them. Do not sign a contract ever with these people. I don't even know how they r still in business. They are an absolute scam and do not care about you, they only want their cut and they don't care who they hurt to get it! Doesn't even deserve one star!

    We are sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvenience you faced with, *****! I looked through your request history and i can see your vehicle was shipped for $400. The sale agent has to provide you with any option we receive in case of inability to get the driver for the original quote and customer has a need to ************** asap. It is written in the paragraph 7.Cancellations and Fees on the first page of the contract. If that option doesnt work, we just decline and keep looking for other available drivers for pick up. So it is up to customers consideration. We dont force anybody to accept any option if it doesnt suite the client for any reason. Prices are subject to drivers confirmation, we are trying to do out best to negotiate the best price and get the driver not only with valid insurances and licenses, but also high rating on the national board based on previous shippings they accomplished.     ABOSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY On November 2, 2023 we engaged BWT Group LLC dba MOVEWHEELS.COM to have a barge transported from ********* to ******. We came to an agreement of $4,750.00 which I was told was accepted by the driver that was hired. Arrangements were made to have the barge picked up in ********* on November 13, 2023 by the hired driver and delivered to ****** by November 17, 2023. On November 2, 2023 I paid the deposit that was asked of us in the amount of $1,000.00. I asked when I would be paying the balance and was told that I would pay the driver upon arrival. On November 10, 2023 I was sent an email that the driver wanted an additional $625.00 due to fuel costs and an adjustment to the driving path. My boss authorized that additional amount. The email confirmation now showed that our cost went from $4,750.00 to $5,375.00. But the dispatch paperwork was never updated. On November 13, I received a call from the driver saying they would need more money so I told him that this needed to go though ***, the broker. I emailed *** and questioned why there was another charge after the fact. He called me rather than email me and told me that it was ok and to just pay the $5,375.00 On November 15, ************************************************* he was going to be a day early and he asked how he was going to be paid for the final balance. I told him by company check. He told me it would be $5,900.00 and I told him that the amount was not what was agreed upon and to call ***. The driver told me he had text messages from *** that showed *** had authorized the $5,900.00. I told him that we would get to the bottom of it when he arrived. I then sent some very irritated messages to *** and he did not respond until November 16, 2023. He basically ghosted us and would not take my calls. Upon the driver's arrival, he refused to unhook the load and showed us the text messages that he was to be paid $5,900.00. We worked with the driver to get a resolution.

    We are truly sorry for the experience you had to go through, *****. We reviewed your order and email correspondence that you had with the sale agent. As I can see you emailed that to your sales agent on 15th 1 hour after the office was closed (around 6 pm Eastern time). We are working from 9 am till 5 pm, but also our main line is working after hours with people from the support department available to assist if you try to call. Your shipping agent responded to you before hours on the 16th once he reached the office. In the emails I can see you agreed that our sales agent never agreed to the mentioned amount above the signed final rate. He sent you a contract signed by the driver where the final rate was agreed and confirmed by the carrier of $4375 remaining that they were supposed to receive with the check upon delivery and no ***** more. This driver behaved completely unprofessional and we already claimed this case to the national board.

However, we dont and cant force the customer to accept any of the options if they are not equil to the quote originally agreed on. All the companies who are getting in touch with you check rates on the same board as we all are broker companies. You would be getting mostly the same options from drivers confirmed from any broker.     Do not even consider using their service. They are big cheats. They will use the "bait and *******" approach. Typical case was to sign a contact for an agreed money and call you at the last minute to tell that that you will need a pay huge amount, They will catch you on your neck at the last minute leave you to struggle right at the last minute.Stay away from them ZERO rating. Unfortunately, we as a broker company are not able to guarantee the final rate until a specific driver is confirmed for your availability of pick up. The rates are controlled by carriers available on the route. We can negotiate it with them, trying to get the best possible offer, but the final word is after them. It's mentioned in the contract on the first page that if we are not able to find the driver for the original quote, we have to offer the customer alternative options. Alternative option is up to customers consideration. So if the option doesnt work for you, we are going to cancel it and keep looking for other carriers to see if we can get a better deal within the contract's availability provided by the client. I see in the system that you accepted the option your sales agent could line up at that moment and that your vehicle was shipped safely and in a timely manner. We appreciate you choosing our company

    Just like the previous complaintants, I was given one low price and the day before my scheduled pickup date tripling the cost. I specifically reiterated to ***** that I cannot have any problems because we live in the trailer we need moved. I also explained that we had other deadlines to meet and ow have to reschedule 2 stops on our road trip and find and pay for hotel accommodations. I'm recently disabled and have no income so all the financial weight fell to my daughter. I don't know how they get away with the lies and stay in business.

The smaller time frame we have for pick up available - less chances to get more options for better rate from the carrier company. We always try to negotiate the rate with the drivers and get the best deal. In the paragraph 7. Cancellations and Fees,under #** its written if we are not able to get an offer from the driver for the original quote, we will have to provide the Client with the alternative option which your shipping agent did.     Very distrustful and highly inconvenient. I chose to go with this place because of what was first offered in verbal and in writing. Signed the form with first available pick up date on ****, Friday, all coverage and pricing seemed competitive. ******, the sales person mentioned it could take from 1-3 days to find a driver.I do not hear from her after Friday afternoon until the last 3rd day to find a driver.All while trying to get a hold of her and the support team. I asked to confirm estimate cost and they verified it is also the final cost, no hidden fees or extras. I reminded in the email that the 3rd days is today and I have not heard back from the sales rep which was concerning. I get a call on the last 3 hours of the business day today **** and told me after cutting down the cost of the driver's asking price and her manager covering the cost, I had to add $750 to the original final cost.I demanded to cancel my request all together and she said she is not able to because she still has time to find a driver up to 5 days. Not one correction in the emails about 1-3 days all weekend and in the last minute today she said it's usually 5 days.

The first time, ***** admitted 'must be a mistake, when I asked to make sure if she needed me to sign again..Even operations keep forms (with cost and other important information) current in their systems which causes more disconcern.

Your sales agent mentioned a time frame of 1-3 days that usually takes to find the driver and pick up the vehicle if its ready to go asap, this is true. In the contract, however, it's always stated that by signing the contract the customer is providing us with 5 available days to pick up to get the best possible option we could at that specific time.
