I purchased items for my niece, who is visiting for her birthday, and I realized after I made the purchases that they were all in my daughter's size and not my niece. This was September 10th and immediately after I realized this, I emailed them to cancel my order. On September 11th they said, "Dear *****,I've coordinated your cancellation request with my supervisor. I will get an update from her tomorrow.We appreciate your patience."Today I see that they not only did not cancel my order, they have shipped one of the 9 items that I initially purchased and charged me for the full $245.62.Business Response

Good Morning.
We apologize for the delay in our response. In researching this order I am shown that there are 2 refunds in the amount of:
$97.16 and $88.17
Unfortunately, for larger order cancellations such as this, a supervisor must approve the cancellation and it must follow our cancellation
guidelines as shown on our website in our Return Policy.
As 2 of the items had been shipped quicker than normal, we were only able to cancel 7 of the 9 items.
We are happy to accept the 2 items that were shipped to you back as a return for a full refund.
We have a new return portal where all of our customers are provided a **** prepaid return shipping label and their choice of return resolution.
I have made a note in this order, that when we receive the 2 items back that you should be immediately refunded in full, pending the items
are still in brand new, unused, not worn, not laundered selling condition.

I emailed customer service 3 times asking for an update on a fall dress that I was planning to have my daughter wear for photos. Finally after 3 emails, they responded that the dress will not be shipped out until late October. When I pre-ordered the dress, their website said it would be shipped out late September. I never received an update on this change in delivery. I stubbled upon it on their website, which prompted me to reach out for an update. When I finally received an update, I replied that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. At this point, they have continued to ignore my emails for this request.Business Response

in question: PRE-ORDER ITEM: Girl's "Rustling Leaves" Sparkle Tutu Dress was refunded and cancelled on 9/9/2022
Our website shows this item under the "ADD TO CART" Button that it is currently a "PRE-ORDER ITEM" not expected to be
shipped until Mid October. Pre-Order Information is also shown on the order confirmation email with an expected delivery date for the pre-order item.
However, the item was cancelled and refunded in full. Refund Total: $17.99 as the customer used DISCOUNT CODE: *********** during the checkout
process which took 40% off of the $36.99 price shown on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience.Initial Complaint

I'm waiting on 13 items and I get no response and two items reserved were damaged. Not happy and customer service is terrible. Very disappointed.Business Response

Good Morning.
We apologize for the delay in our response. However, this complaint is spanning many orders. 7 orders actually.
However, in researching each individual order, I found that there were still 3 items from 3 different orders that had not been shipped yet.
I have cancelled those 3 items and issued refunds for each. However, all other items in each order have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address we were provided during the checkout process.
Many of the items show on our website in the product description area that they are fulfilled and shipped from our overseas fulfillment center and require up to 21 "BUSINESS DAYS" for delivery. This information
is also in the order confirmation emails.

We have cancelled this item and issued a refund for $23.09 as DISCOUNT CODE: CHIC30 was used during the checkout process which took 30% off of the $32.99 price shown on our website.

We have cancelled this item and issued a refund for $14.00 as DISCOUNT CODE: CHIC30 was used during the checkout process which took 30% off of the $19.99 price shown on our website.

I ordered clothes from Mia belle girls, 12 outfits and only recieved 2. I called the "24" hr number only to be directed to a recording. I left an email and have gotten no response. This is really sad those clothes were supposed to be for school. I hope to get this matter resolved. I have already contacted my bank. Will not be buying from them.Business Response

Good Morning.
Unfortunately, the customer's version of events is not 100% accurate. This order is for 12 items.
All items were packed and shipped from our South ******* fulfillment center on 7/26/2022 via *** in one package.
The customer contacted us via email and stated that although her package had not been damaged only 2 items were in the package
and demanded a refund. She provided a photo of the package she received. The photo she provided shows that we used our largest poly
bag to ship all 12 items. Our warehouse employees would NEVER ship 2 items in a 28 inch X 26 inch poly bag. That is an offense that they would
be fined for. Please see the photo provided by the customer. The customer has now opened a chargeback with their bank. ALL ITEMS were shipped
in this one package. You can see from the folds on the package that there were many items in this poly bag. The customer is attempting to be refunded
