    Horrible! These items did not fit and were unable to be returned for a credit. The items were ordered in a 2T-3T size and my neice is super small and it still did not fit. They were shipped from over seas and once they arrived, they did not look at all like the photos and did not qualify for a exchange! I reached out to customer service the day we received the items and they were unable to exchange these things for a credit to order the correct size! $115 dollars going to donation. As cute as there photos are on their website...ladies beware of poor customer service and poor quality control!

    A scam. All over their website they say they are based out of *******, only after placing the order they tell you it is coming from over seas and will take a month to get there. Then if you try to cancel the order, they say it is impossible to cancel once it has been processed. Then it will sit in their facility over seas for a week before shipping it out. Then when you try to return the item, they claim it is custom and can only be returned for store credit. Complete and utter scam.

    On May 4, 2025, I placed an order for five items, which were divided into two shipments. I was initially scheduled to receive the first shipment by May 9, but that date was changed to May 12. Despite this adjustment, I did not receive the shipment by May 12. After reaching out via email, I was informed on May 13 that my items had been mis-shipped. Although I was offered store credit, I declined. Subsequently, I was told that my items had been delivered, which is simply not true. Since then, I have been actively pursuing a refund.I was first instructed to initiate a missing search with **** to process the refund, which I promptly did. However, **** closed the case, reporting that the items were delivered but lacking any evidence of their whereabouts. When I contacted *** ****************** again, they requested the claims number from ****. I expressed my frustration about the significant time and effort I have already invested in resolving this issue. Each time I reach out, they come up with new excuses to avoid issuing my refund. It is important to note that if the shipment is lost, it is the responsibility of the shipper to locate it, not the recipient. I emailed them on June 3 and June 8 for a status update, but I received no response.Regarding the second shipment, which included shoes, I returned those on May 26. The soles of the shoes were so hard that even an adult would struggle to wear them, let alone a seven-year-old. I have yet to hear back about that return and have not received a refund for that as well. It is clear that *** ****************** is engaging in unethical practices and harassing customers. Their business operations warrant a thorough review, and decisive action should be taken to address these issues.! I still have not heard anything about that return, nor have I received a refund for it.*** ****************** seems to be running a scam and harassing customers. Their business practices need to be reviewed, and they should be shut down if necessary.

    Mia Belle is NOT in the U.S., and it has unethical business practices. All purchases are final. However, that’s not on the Mia Belle website, yet when I tried to request a return on the products, before they were shipped, all of the items were not eligible for a return, so that’s their actual refund policy, but they don’t reveal it. Instead, they hide the delivery dates until after the items are purchased. Then they reveal the delivery dates, and the delivery dates were after the event that I purchased the items for, so that’s UNETHICAL. Also, the way that Mia Belle puts makeup on the YOUNG Caucasian girls reminds me of JonBenet Ramsey, who wore makeup for photos and pageants, and she was murdered at 6. YOUNG girls shouldn’t look like women. There are perverts who like young girls.

    I purchased three dresses one for my wife and two for my twin daughters. Plus matching pjs. I received everything but one of the dresses. They sent a partial order and said they dont have the one dress in stock. Needless to say its been three months and still havent reviewed anything. They have no customer service number to call and Ive messaged them probably about 50 times and the only thing that they say is thank you for you patience unreal basically they ripped me off for 40 bucks. Please think twice before buying anything from them. Because if you have a problem theres absolutely no one to contact for help

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Ordered a special photo outfit for my daughter spent almost $200 on one outfit and its been over a month and a half and still have not recieved the items and no reply back from the so called customer service definitely never wasting a ***** there again

    Mia Belle Girls shipped the incorrect clothing size (Order #L53303). Despite providing photo evidence multiple times, they refused a refund or replacement unless I returned the incorrect item (under $20) within 30 days, requiring me to print their **** label and provide my own packaging. This placed the burden of their error on me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they doubled down. This level of poor customer service, coupled with questionable clothing quality (another shirt caused a rash), is unacceptable and something I haven't experienced with competitors. Do not recommend.

    Beware -- this is a GRINCH of a ************* operation! They advertise specific children's clothes items with a "delivery by December 24" banner; yet after you order the item, they advise it will take 21 days for delivery. This is an especially cruel tactic when small children have asked for something special for Christmas. It is now more than 21 days past my order date, and the **** tracking number they provided says "label created, but package not at **** yet".

    This company has false advertising. What they advertise and what you receive are not the same thing. What I received is something that looks like it was thrown together by a middle schooler in a Home Economics class learning to sew. Terrible and looked nothing like the picture they advertised. They will not allow me to return my items. I did file a complaint with the *********************************. This company should not be allowed to trick and ******* consumers out of their money.

    I have been a loyal customer of *** ****************** for many years and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on their clothing for my girls. Sadly, the quality has really gone down hill. After just one wash the clothing looks years old and raggy. It's also not always as pictured, especially the shoes. My biggest issue is the HORRIBLE customer service. They cannot be bothered with you! You are treated like absolute garbage! I placed an order on 9/3/24 for 2 Halloween costumes and all their accessories and it was a big order. The website stated, "SHIPS NEXT DAY." After almost 3 weeks waiting I emailed customer service inquiring about my order and was told it was delayed and will arrive soon. I had a scheduled photo shoot and needed the costumes and only ordered them due to their "SHIPS NEXT DAY" advertisement. I asked for my order to be cancelled as I now had to order elsewhere and was told it couldn't be cancelled and I can return it when it arrives. After SEVEN WEEKS the items came. I returned immediately and eventually they issued me a gift card. Refused to refund my original payment method. I have spent the last MONTH trying to get help. They have no phone numbers at all. DOZENS of emails go unanswered and the ******** messages are a joke. This company is awful and lost a very loyal customer. I write this review to warn everyone so no one ever has to go through what I have. ***** on this company! Lastly, wanted to mention how sad their shipping is. I ordered two pairs of $70 boots that were put loose in a plastic bag (no padding/tissue/boxes etc) all wrapped up with yellow packaging tape. The boots were all beat up and damaged. You wait WEEKS for items for that arrival! Do not waste your time with this company and find one that actually values their customers!
