    This company lacks transparency on the true nature of how the product functions. It requires them uploading the whole backend of the software for estimates and such. I purchased the monthly subscription and within 24 hours realized what it is and how they have it structured. The application comes bare bones when you initially purchase it. Then you have to set up meetings and countless other things through them. It all making you dependent on them and their staff. I made it known in the demo I received from them I do estimates and proposals for multiple contractors, not at one time did they mention the software is designed for basic roofing companies or a contractor. Not a 3rd party estimate company. I personally let them know not even 48 hours after I installed the program that it was nothing like what I was lead to believe. Thats when communication with them went stagnant. After reaching out to them again a week later the customer service *** said he said they canceled the subscription but didnt see anything about a refund in their notes. Then he forwarded it back to the billing department and said they would reach out. 2 hours later one of them finally reached out. Through a text message of all things. Saying sorry its a subscription and they cant do anything. Then to let them know if theres anything they can do to make the most of my remaining time. In the end the transparency isnt there with this company. Its all about getting the sale and locking in yet another person to their system. So be it, they wont refund or pro rate me for the 48 hours I spent trying to see why all I could do is measure ***orts and not even build my own estimates on my own. That leaves around 600 hours remaining in the month of a product that doesnt do what I intended for it to. If they want the $149 thats fine. At the end of the day at least be accountable with your practices and lack of explaining the entirety of how it truly operates by throttling operations of it.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the platform did not meet your expectations.
    To clarify, certain features, such as rebranding reports for resale are not supported, as they are against our terms and conditions. We aim to be transparent during demos, and we're sorry if this was not your impression.
    You are correct that we are not affiliated with the BBB; we've chosen to maintain an open platform and welcome all feedback, including yours.

    5/13/2025 - Attended a demonstration with one of our Account Executives to show and demo our software (account notes: Warm Transfer - Demo Complete 5/13- Uses Roofr, $19 for report (pay as you go). comes out to $40 - Measures about 1 roof per week, - Iphone, ipad, pc. - wants trial, but said to follow up with him on Friday to get this started.

    5/16/2025 - Attempted to reach customer to welcome and schedule an onboarding sessions (account notes: Welcome Call no answer, left VM Sent email with may Calendly.

    5/21/2025 - ******* cancelled the session but did speak to one or our account managers.  He told us immediately the software wasn't going to work for him.  ******* wanted to be able to change company logos at his convenience.  We explained that we upload his logo and it will appear on all of his measurements, estimates, etc through the software.  What we discovered is that he is working with other companies and he wanted to changed the company logo so it could be the company logo of the company he was selling the report to which is a violation of our terms and conditions (file attached).  Once we explained to him that our software was not designed for that purpose, he then wrote the bad review and complained to BBB.
