    Used once and takes an attorney to cancel the subscription apparently.

    The software worked, mostly. I used it for a few months towards the beginning of this year (2023). There were quite a few hiccups along the way though, which is a large part of why I no longer use them. Their program didn't like the screen size on my computer and kept warning me that my screen was the wrong size. Most of the features are only available if you have a tablet, not on computer or phone versions. Further, the different versions (phone/tablet/computer) don't sync so if you start a measurement on one it will not be available to view in your account on the others. Finally, when I went to cancel they were difficult to contact and do not provide a method for cancelling online (very poor business practice). When I did finally get someone on the phone they assured me my account had been cancelled. This was about one week before my renewal for the next month was due. To my surprise, they continued my subscription for another month, including auto-charging me for it. Fortunately, they did then cancel my account after that without me having to contact them again and make a stink of it. All in all, very poor performance on their part and sub-par experience for me as a result.
