    On 4 November 2022 *********** came to repair my garage door. He gave me an estimate $875 for parts, $450 for labor. He returned on 8 November with the materials and installed.After installation the door would not close properly. Came down very fast and slammed to the ground. He made no adjustments and left. Job was not complete.I contacted another contractor. I was told that I paid I paid too much to American Garage.New contractor told me the wrong spring was installed by American Garage and was not the correct on. A second spring was added, adjustments made. Wrongs fine. Cost was $553.95.I send American Garage a letter on 22 November asking for a refund. No reply to date. (15 Dec 2022).
