    I have been a customer for over 10 years. What’s the point nobody cares anymore big companies are garbageThey ignore all your request and the supervisors treat you like garbage. AAA isn’t what it used to be. It’s a piece of garbage.

    I have been a loyal customer with AAA (American Automobile Association) for 8 years insuring multiple vehicles over that period.

    A couple of days a go I opened the AAA app on my phone to look for a VIN number on my insurance document and couldn't find it. I called AAA to find out if something changed on their app since I couldn't find my proof of insurance document. To my shock, the representative told me that my insurance was canceled a month ago. I was told this was due to my wife's expired drivers license and that a letter was send to my house about it. I never received a letter, and have been driving my brand new financed truck unknowingly uninsured all of this time. I asked the representative why was I notify through the app, email or phone call about such an urgent matter. Her response was that they are only "obligated" to notify via regular mail. When I asked if she could reactivate the policy she said no because It was past 30 days. "You'll have to start a new policy," she said. So I immediately called one of the local offices to start a new policy and the rate I was quoted was $4,600 for six months!! I never had a claim with AAA or any traffic tickets. My previous canceled rate was $1,600 annually. AAA is a scam. Learn from my shocking experience and stay away from this company like fire.

    I paid for a defensive course that has a lot of technical issues, after spending about 3 hours in between the attempt to make the program work for me and the course and the phone calls I have to make to technical support, my course was blocked, when I called AGAIN, I was told I was going to get access but I would have to start the class ALL OVER AGAIN, not being sure if I was going to go through the same issues I inquired for a refund, I did not want to start all over again and a 5 1/2 hour class was becoming like 10 or more. They refused to give me a refund, in the mean time I paid $37.98 for a service I did not received, the app has one too many issues on my end and I should not be forced to go through a nightmare while I complete the course.

    Cancelling my AAA subscription of over ************************************************ front of my son and AAA made no effort to hold their contractor accountable. I watched the video of the way the guy was acting and it was totally unacceptable. Hes lucky he didnt get shot the way he charged my wifes vehicle on foot and with his truck. Everything but professional and AAA doesnt care. Last time I got towed it took over 3 hours for someone to show up! Have them the benefit of the doubt, but after today I am done. Filing a police report and trying to find out the name of the tow company from my cameras and/or the tag number given to me by my neighbor whose truck was being picked up. One more thing, since when does AAA dispatch trucks with single car trailers anyways?

    If I can leave 0 strars I would. Ridiculous that they think leave someone in the car at 9pm eastern time. Is ok til 4am in the morning with no calls. I had to call them to escalate it and even then nothing. What the h*** am I paying for?

    My husband broke down on his motorcycle in an unsafe spot I signed up for a membership because I had one in the past but couldn't afford it anymore. I then got told after pay $123 that I had to wait 7 days before I could get any roadside emergency assistance. It's now 7 days later after canceling my membership and they still have yet to return my money.

    I changed auto insurance companies and switched from GEICO to AAA. I ended up canceling my premiums at the end of 6 months due to an increase that I found was too high. AAA was doing me no favors. They pulled six months of premiums from my bank account anyway so I called customer service to see why they pulled the premiums when I canceled and was told that they had no cancellation in their system. I called there toll free number and talk to his customer service rep who gave me a confirmation number. I also saw the cancellation on my mobile app and took screenshots. I was told that I would have to wait 10 to 15 days to get my refund for the premiums. This is unacceptable. I did my due diligence by canceling and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund? I also disputed the charges with my bank. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone. Also you have to join AAA with a membership fee of $75 in order to buy their insurance. This is what I was told by the agent that sold me the policy. His name is *********************** from Ft ***** *******. Ridiculous. **************** at this company is mediocre at best.
