      On 11/11 I contacted this company because I was experiencing a clogged toilet. I stated, I believe this was a clogged line when scheduling, when the tech came, I stated I believe this is a clogged line. He flushed the toilet, and looked into the clean-out. Without any further investigation he disagreed and said it was a drainfield failure. I asked further more if it was a clogged drain what could he do instead. He stated the only option would be hydrojet which would be $750, but he assured me it was a failing drainfield. So following his advice I paid $5200 for a new drainfield. The next day 11/12, they sent a line finder they hired. Who located the lines and marked them. Not once was a separate irrigation company mentioned or allowed time for. Needless to say all the irrigation in my front lawn was destroyed when the work was performed on 11/13. I assume this work was done without permit. After the work was done, my clog was worse. On 11/14 the same tech came back out and determined it was indeed a clogged line. After removing the toilet and passing the auger (NOT hydrojetting as he told me would be the only option) I was then charged ANOTHER $236 and my clog was finally cleared. However I am left with more problems than I began with, a completely destroyed front lawn which was done unnecessarily and no irrigation of which they refuse fault, stating I should've known I needed a separate irrigation company. Nearly $5500 for a clogged line is irreprehensible and I feel completely taken advantage of.

      Payed for a new well pump to be installed. Within seven months the well pump went out they made little repairs that worked for 1-2 days then the well went out completely. They replaced the well and within four months it went out again. My family and I were without water for six days as LCI would not return our calls. Hired a secondary well company to replace pump and they informed us that the well pump was installed incorrectly, the wiring and fuse were not appropriately sized, wiring was adhered with duck tape and submerged, and the tank was an irrigation tank, not a residential. Lci was contacted numerous times requesting a call back and no response. Their poor business practices caused my family and I an additional $4500 and a week without water.
