      Called LCI Plumbing end of March, due to all the toilets in house backed up. ****** came out that morning. Since only being in the house less than year I wasn't sure where the septic was at. They charged $575 for a camera service to see if pipes were clogged and to locate the septic tank. Since pipes weren't clogged, ****** said it was the drain field, and that it needed to be replaced. Half the deposit was due in order for them to obtain materials, which were dropped off that weekend and I was scheduled five days later for the overall drainfield installment. So that still left us without use of toilets and water for five days. Day came and they started their work. Prior I told them property sat on lime rock and that they would need equipment, strong enough to get through the ground. Needless to say, they did not bring an excavator strong enough to get through the ground and tore up my backyard, and breaking the mounting box connected to the septic tank, and destroying the original drain field. They also lied and said the septic wall caved in and wanted to charge me an additional 12k for full replacement. Not to mention they never pulled a permit in the first place, nor did they pump the septic tank before digging. They left with raw sewage exposed and my backyard damaged. Upon refusing anymore services and going with their refund process, they refused to refund me the correct amount. I paid them almost 7k for them to take advantage of me and destroy property. Took them to small claims and won due to they didn't even show up. Now taking them back to court for failure to pay. Please be careful of this company

      Very professional and quick I had an emergency with water flowing over the toilets coming out the shower my whole house was soaking wet these guys came and saved the day they're great we'll definitely use them again!!
