Very happy with the work that was done in our home. We had a front door and sliders installed. Everyone that came into the home was very nice and took wonderful care of our home. They always made sure to clean up upon leaving. We did have a hold up due to one of the items being delayed from the manufactured and would have appreciated more transparency with the delay with better communication. However, overall I would use this company again and recommend them to others.FB Doors, Corp

The sliding doors we got installed are magnificent, from the beginning when we contacted the company we have had an excellent experience , starting with the salesman to the installers, carpenter, and finally Supervisor Rafael. Don't Trust FB Doors, "******" the GM or "****" or the Company. So far both have lied to me, not trustworthy, do not trust these people. I unfortunately signed a contract, delivery and installation approx (8 weeks) told by both ****** and **** at time of signing ....Windows manufacturing company (ESW) in Colombia. (8) weeks now, I'm now told (Estimated) installation is (FOUR MONTHS)..Make sure you read all the negative reviews about this company. Beware, don't trust these people. We spoke with **** ****** on 4/9/2025. I informed that his agreement with FB Doors was executed 2/3/2025 and his city permits were approved on 3/7/2025. It is at this moment when his windows are ordered to his measurements.
The lead time begins from this moment, not from the date of agreement is signed.
**** was informed that a lead time would be 8-12 weeks. It seems like **** *** have only heard 8 weeks. It is very difficult to control municipalities with permits and this may cause the lead time to be longer.
It is unfortunate that **** has decided to make disparaging remarks about us and our employees, we are all working diligently to deliver an above standard product and installation, allowing FB Doors to continue with your homes project will allow us to yield you and your family to navigate the upcoming storm season worry free.

In a few words, aside from loving my new door, I was impressed by the work ethic of this company. Installation was on time, workmanship was on point, they left the entrance area way nicer than what they started with, polite and professional. The high quality door itself was immaculate after installation. They were highly recommended to me and i in turn highly recommend them.FB Doors, Corp

Buena, atencin. Desde la compra, la comunicacin, fue muy importante. El manejo con mi HOA, fue oportuno al realizar cambios en la seleccin de los tipos de producto. El Permiso aprobado. Y la terminacin de primera,. Les recomiendo.
Excellent customer service. From the moment of the purchase, communication was very important. The handling with my HOA was timely when making changes to the product type selection. The permit was approved. And the finish was top-notch. I highly recommend them.
