    **** at Carbrain was very responsive; quickly followed up once I submitted a request. Arranged pickup was fast and convenient. Offered a decent deal for my vehicle. Would recommend for those selling older but still in decent shape cars

    To tell you the truth, after reading a couple of bad reviews on BBB about checks bouncing, I was a little scared. **** at carbrain assured me that his quote and check would not bounce, and it did not. The total experience was easy and very detailed. I probably could have sold my old car for more money, but lack the time and patience for people. The vehicle pickup was smooth and they handed me the check as promised. If I ever want to get rid of another old car, they will be my first call.
