    Good first time experience. I had to get rid of the low end car I bought for my college kid who was now living in a different town and the car didn't drive any longer. Even though it was an inconvenience for me, the experience with car brain was painless. I accepted their offer, negotiated a meeting time with the tow truck driver, signed the title and their paperwork and got my check on the spot.

    They were emailing back and forth with me and said my vehicle could be worth up to $7,860 but they needed to see photos before confirming the offer. After I sent them photos they said their highest offer would be $3,500 because of the high mileage of the vehicle. If the offer was going to be such a low ball offer why did they have to waste my time with taking photos? I went with one of their competitors who offered me more than double what they did!

    Overall great experience, seemed too good to be true. A lot of complaints online about low ball offers are subjective. But for what its worth, it was the easiest and fastest way to sell car with free towing. Would recommend to anyone who needs to get a car off their hands. fast responding as well.

    This was a fast and efficient way for me to dispose of a car that I did not need or want. It also was the highest value I could find for my vehicle. I will most likely use this business again. They are willing to talk and make sure you understand how the process goes and what you are doing. Very transparent, which nowadays is hard to find. Thank you!

    Great experience! Car Brain made everything quiet easy. They made me an offer. I did not accept. They looked for different buyers to get me the price I needed for my vehicle and then found a place. The tow truck driver was amazing and I would absolutely do business with Car Brain and SK Salvage again!!

    I had the most amazing pleasant experience with Carbrain. Customer service was very helpful, understanding, patient with me. Answered every question. Walked me through the process. Once that processed was done. The process to get the check. That person was nice as well. The tow truck driver was nice and funny. I have recommended CarBrain to all of my friends.
