    Im military veteran and I moved so many times so I know what terrible moving experience is. But heres exception. Few days before move *** promised me that movers will show up from 9 to 11. They arrived at 9AM. I was impressed about timing. They wrapped my furniture, 2 large fish tanks and bulky gym equipment simply perfect. Everything has arrived in the same condition as it was before. We had a little problems on the gate to military base in *********, ** but problem was solved right after driver called to the office. Im very meticulous person and I tried to find any damages on my furniture (I really did). But everything was in exactly the same condition. Wow, I really have no words. Thank you for your service.

    I was promised that my stuff would be picked up, the same truck will take it to destination. Also promised that they will Even keep in a storage if I'm not there. Later, they took my furniture and boxes, dumped in a warehouse in ********* and auctioned The deal. It took 34 days to get my furniture. Worse than that, one dining table chair and two boxes were missing. **************** are not helpful if you call, actually there get annoyed if you call and ask. They told me that they will check and find my stuff, I have not heard o it for a month now. They dropped the stuff so q that they don't even check a number of boxes; they make it so messed up and quickly push to sign that you got your stuff.The Secretary, **** is the worst customer service.I would never use them.

    Ive moved over 20x in my life and I can honestly say these were the best movers I've ever used. They helped me pack and move all of my furniture with great care. Fast and very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!!!

    ****************** services! My family moved from *****, ** to ******, ** and our experience was awesome. From start to finish everything was very professional. Probably its not easy for sales Reps do correct estimate over the phone but ***** did a great job! Pick up And delivery crews were polite professional and did a great job of packing my furniture. Nothing got damaged lost or broken. Also I should mention we received our belongings in guaranteed delivery time frames. Customer support team was always helpful. If you dont have unrealistic expectations from moving company as overnight flying trucks from east to west coast or something like that I can definitely recommend this company to go with. Fair prices and outstanding services guaranteed.

    DO NOT USE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! if I could rate this in the negatives I would. this company is a SCAM! they have it all planned out from beginning to end. they go in stages. youll talk to someone in sales first, they will quote you WAY under, so of course you give a deposit. then someone else will call you about three- five days prior to your move (obviously you cannot back out and you have no choice but to keep going bc your move is less than a week away) and they will tell you its more. I was quoted **** first, then **** after. I was quoted so much more, that I ended up selling and giving away a lot of my stuff large stuff! A bed, grill, peloton, dressers and after that I was sure I would be way under....nope! they packed me up and I was still the same price as the second quote. Nothing changed even after that. the sales man told me it would be **** days from PICK up. Even counted with me, bc he knew how much I needed my furniture there when I arrived. He said EVERYTHING I needed to hear. but then after pick up, when I called, they told me it would be **** days from when I was able to get the furniture. meaning **** days from when I got to my home? and that that was actually a CURTESY window and could actually take up to 30 days. I am currently sleeping on the floor with my four kids, one being a new born, in a area I dont know, no money bc I spent it all on the move, and my furniture is not even on Its way. They do not care, and I was actually told it doesnt matter what my circumstances are, that this is just how they do business. Im begging you, DO NOT USE THEM! I have never ever written a review in my entire life. It makes me literally sick to my stomach. Read the other reviews as well. It is the same thing.. its so wrong. And these people should not be in business

    Hello *****, we are sorry for any inconveniences. We rely on a complete list of items going for the move in order to give you an accurate estimate. The office called a few days before the move to confirm all the items listed going for the move. We also count the number of boxes packed for the move as well. This gives us a better idea of the size of the move. Unfortunately there are occasions when a customer may end up with more boxes than originally thought or there are additional items that need to be added to the listed items. There are also times when a customer might end up with less items and boxes as well. Your original estimate was for a 4 bedroom house. I see that for the final estimate there was an additional bedroom, den, and attic added to the move as well as items in the garage. There were additional items added to the order which caused the price to go up. We went over the new list of items prior to the move and you agreed to the additional items being moved. We would like to mention that on the day of the pick up the cost of the move went down based on the actual size of the shipment. We did reduce the cost of the move. We provided the window of time frame expected for delivery for this cross country move. There is a window of time frame needed in order to transport your shipment long distance. Not being ready for delivery right away also has an impact on the time needed to deliver your items as well. We give you time, if needed, to get your destination. We cannot ship your items to your destination if you are not ready to receive them. Your shipment is being delivered within that time frame of **** business days. Your shipment is in route and scheduled for delivery in a few days. We truly understand it can be difficult to be without your belongings, especially with a family, no matter how short or long the time is. We strive to give you the best information in preparation for the move so that you are able to plan accordingly. We are truly sorry for any inconveniences. We will work to be better. If there is any thing we can do please do not hesitate to contact the office.
