1 starWe hired 24/7 Logistic Services for a long-distance move, including transport and furniture reassembly. From the start, their estimate was based on an inflated volume despite our concerns. We were told it would be corrected later, but once the truck was partially loaded, we were pressured to sign documents with no adjustment. At delivery, they refused to reassemble furnituredespite this being in the contractand added surprise charges, including for a smaller truck that could not physically hold the volume they claimed. When we filed complaints, the company simply denied that any of this happened, even though we provided screenshots of text messages clearly contradicting their statements. Because of this, we are now moving forward with a small claims court case and submitting full documentation, including pictures and written communication. This experience felt deliberately manipulative and exploitative.Review fromCatherine C

1 starAlthough my movers initially were great that was about the only good thing about this process. When I got to California the moving company offered little to no communication. The sales manager said he would call me back but as a typical salesman didnt. When my stuff finally arrived a mouse ran out of my rug! My movers just laughed as if my stuff being infested with rat p*** during their storage or that I have a rouge mouse in my house was funny. They refused to unpack my TVs etc even though they were wrapped in blankets under the cardboard. I told them I didnt feel comfortable signing until I opened them to ensure they worked and the mirror wasnt broken but of course he told me it didnt matter thats for claims. They also broke my dresser, as soon as I opened the drawers nails started falling out and screws fell from the bottom. Absolutely worse experience I have ever experienced. They also added an additional $400 to my final bill because the semi wouldnt fit. You had my address the entire time, dont know why the loading situation was a surprise to them, resulting in additional charges for me. I work in customer service and these people should be ashamed of their lack of communication, filthy condition and overall disregard for customers.Review fromEmilio F

1 starA Masterclass in Overpromising and Under-Delivering If youre in the market for a moving experience that tests the limits of your patience, communication tolerance, and trust in *************** is the company for you.The sales *** deserves an Oscar. Truly. They painted a seamless, efficient pictureone that apparently the rest of the company never got the memo on. Once they had our business, the service fell off a cliff. Every attempt to get answers has been a labyrinth of passive-aggressive responses and hollow assurances. Its now been over two and a half weeks and our belongings have not even left storage. Thats rightthey havent even started moving. And while I understand contracts and policy fine print, no policy excuses the absolute black hole of accountability this company has become.Heres the brutal truth: their internal coordination is abysmal, their timelines are meaningless, and their customer service might be the most disengaged Ive ever encountered. If you care about your time, your belongings, or your sanityavoid *******. There are plenty of moving companies out there. This one just moves slowly, silently, and without any regard for the ***********. NOT. RECOMMEND.Review fromDenise U

1 starWorst experience! They took our belongings to a warehouse and opened our 3 garment boxes with clothes hanging and threw everything into one box. When they arrived it wasnt even a solid box. It was dresses, suits, coats all falling out with 2 men carrying what was left of a box. We found other containers combined together and you dont know this until much later when unpacking. We also had missing items and damaged furniture. Lots of broken personal items that their insurance didnt cover if it was not packed by them. So dont waste your time filling out a claim. Its a long horrible process and you dont get anything back but the anxiety of waiting 120 days to find this out.Review fromDanielle B

1 starI do not recommend. I paid for full service packing. They throw my clothes in a wardrobe box with out hanging them up and then put garage items. Many items were broken as they did not take anything apart like I was told that they would. The cost increase $2400 from the original estimate even after a zoom walk through. I had no option but to pay it with part of my items already loaded in the truck. The only good thing was it arrived in time to my destinationReview fromKevin T

1 starWould not recommend to anyone. We went with 24/7 logistics as they were the middle of the 3 moving quotes we had received. We did a zoom call around our apartment and detailed every item to be moved, counted boxes, selected 2 move dates, then received a quote ~6k. The week of the move they call and ask to use the backup date, no big deal. I take a pickup truck load of items to the new location, then come back and load up my truck to take with them the next day (So I've reduced their load by 2 pickup trucks worth). The moving day comes and the load-up was very quick and easy. The workers were great. As they were packing, they mentioned they used more space than agreed upon and it would be an extra $2,500 to move due to the increase in items (mind you I had taken 2 trips already to reduce their load). I had no choice as I had to be out of my other place, so I agreed. Once we arrived at the new location, the workers scratched and scuffed all of the stairwells in the new unit trying to get items upstairs without care consideration. Lastly, they then flashed a paper in front of me to sign saying that they did their job and none of my personal items in the move were damaged. Which they were not, so I signed. I asked him before I signed how to escalate the issues with the scuffed paint on the walls and he said to reach out to my representative that I had been working with. He then told me there was nothing I could do since I signed the form already. I told him I'd write a review on BBB and that was when I was finally directed to someone else to assist. They asked me to get 3 quotes for the paint repair, which I did (ranging from 800-1200). They declined all reimbursement because they said they consulted internally, and their repair man said he could do the painting for no more than $400. Then, they offered me a $200 credit with the stipulation I sign an NDA to not disclose my experience to anyone else. Please learn from my mistake and do not use 24/7 logistics.Review fromRob P

1 starWorst moving experience of my life. First they did a video conference inventory take since there was not a repo near me to do it in person. We went room to room together so they could see everything. They gave me a reasonable estimate so I went with them. The day they packed me up, towards the end of packing they told me that I had used up the estimated space and that it would cost me another $800 to add space for my things. I had no choice because I was leaving for a cross country trip to my new home right after they left. Then the day before they were supposed to arrive with my stuff they called and said there was nowhere to park the truck (I live downtown in a city) even though the apartment place had places they could have parked. They never checked with them. So it ended up costing me another $1000 for them to rent a smaller truck to deliver my things. Then most of my boxes were smashed and they tore the top off my dresser which I didn't notice because when they were unloading in the apartment they sneakily put a box on top of it to hide it. They also bent the legs of my office desk. They only give you 0.60 per pound for compensation which is barely worth it (but I did sign the contract knowing this). Careless and sneaky is how I would describe this rip-off of a company. Don't use them!Review frommarybeth S

1 starDo not use this company to move. It all started out great, had a video call with the salesperson, who told me she had 20+ years' experience with estimating moves. She gave me an estimate, I thought it was reasonable, so I paid the nonrefundable deposit. 2 days before we were supposed to pack out, I had a call with a Q&A person, same video type call. She took many things off our inventory, and added some (that I had not acquired, were there during first video call) and my quote went up 25%. When packers actually arrived, the immediately walked thru the house and increased the quote AGAIN by another $2.5K. But by this time, we had to be out of the house so couldn't' do anything about it. I was assured the first amount would not go up unless we added items. We did not, actually got rid of stuff. I have this in writing that it was a BINDING contract. But in the small print there was "this is just an estimate..." The "inventory" list was a complete disaster too, items mislabeled and didn't go room by room. We couldn't decipher it. TOTAL BS, once they get you with the nonrefundable deposit, the increase cost multiple times. PLUS we were not told we would not get our items at the same time, got 70% on one day and had to fight to get the other 30%. in 1st load we got chairs but no table, couch but not the legs to it, etc. *********. Actual packers never showed up when they told us, always hours late. And we had to pay before they would start loading or unloading. We've moved many times around the world and this company is by far the worst we have used, with packing, customer service, price increases, everything. We paid for a full total pack and did most of it on our own and had to get rid of the packing supplies at the end. I would suggest going with a different company if you have to move long distance.
