      I would give it no stars if I could. We had planned this trip for several weeks. 3 of us have health issues and from the looks of the photo and description it was right on the beach and looked to be on ground level. However when we arrived after driving over 900 miles we found it was on the second level. And only steps and no elevator. So there was no way the 3 of us could carry our luggage and all out other things up those stairs. 3 ladies with health issues. Also it was not right on the beach. There was a busy street in front of it which they said the speed limit is 25. But they were definitely going a lot faster than that plus there was a sand dune across the road also. Whoever took the picture staged it to look like it was on the beach when in fact there is a road and a sand dune in between the hotel and the beach. So dont be deceived by the picture. I tried to let the owner know about our situation and she is very hateful. And called me a liar. I have breathing issues. The other **** has COPD really bad. And the 3rd **** has had 2 back surgeries plus a hip and knee replacement. Were in our late 60s and mid 70s. We planned this trip and was really booking forward to it. And drove from Virginia planning on staying there a week. Only to be disappointed and and not to get anywhere with the rental person. So dont be deceived by the picture in the advertisement. Its NOT on the beach. There is a road and large sand dune between the unit and the beach.

      This guest booked our vacation rental property through Booking.com. The listing has a Google pinpoint map that shows the exact location of the property. The guest was additionally provided the the physical address of the property. The guest knew the exact location of the property when they booked it. 

      The property is clearly advertised as first floor not ground floor with stairs up to the condo. Any property built on the island after 1984 has do be built on pillars due to the treat of flooding from hurricanes. 

      No where on the property description or in the amenities listed is there a referral to an elevator. Elevators and and advertised amenity. The guest knew there was no elevator when the booked the property.
