    I spoke with a sales representative on way home from purchasing our used RV that had been garage kept s8nce it was purchased by original owner. The rep promised an unbeatable coating and restore the finish. What arrived were 3 young folks, two boys and a girl. The one seemed hung over as he was vomiting. The other two took more smoke breaks than worked. They were here 3 hours, was told it would take 8. What the result was was a mess. Damaged my paint and clear coat. Horrible overpriced wax job! Dont do it! The customer service for the company who said he is the boss was horrible. I paid 1/2 price the day of and wanted to pay the rest after I saw the end result. They were very rude about this and wanted all in full but agreed "after getting approval". When I arrived I called him and told him what I saw. He argued and was condescending and very rude. Very very very horrible company. Dont do it!

    Certified Ceramics did a terrible Ceramics coating job on my rv. They promised a great shine and seal for 8-9years, no more wax jobs . I had to hire another company to make my rv good again.know I have a great shine, this company has done a great job for 5 years. Sent new pictures of new detail from the other company, and sent it to certified, I paid them $1600 originally, they stated they would refund $1000 if i took more pictures with me in pictures with sign and todays date. I did. Won't refund my money, said they would. Then didn't. I have all e-mail between us. We're 74 years old and never completed to BBB . Please help. Thank you .

    I was given a sales pitch on how they could restore the paint on my 10-year-old motorhome that had a slight amount of fading told that they would wash it clay bar. It buffed out all the oxidation and then ceramic coat it. What they did was send two young boys that were more interested in playing on their telephone than working. They invested a total of four hours working on. It did a really poor job did not wash. It did not clay bar it all I did was a half assed job of buffing and then left When I talked to the owners they said they would send their best man down in a few days and he would take care of it a few days went by young man shows up was totally only had a few spots to touch up work for three hours on the left side of the motorhome did a reasonably good job was told he would come back in a few days and finish it Did not happen. People will not answer their phone. I would recommend that you stay far away from these people, they ripped me off for $2000.

    This company came to my house to do a service on my luxury vehicle and they damaged the paint on my car and they were never able to fix the damage or refund my money.
