      On 9/26/2023 I ordered three pairs of sunglasses. The Facebook ad was three pairs of glasses for $75.00. My order number was ********* I received the glasses but wasn't satisfied with the quality, so I promptly requested a return and refund. They provided me with a return label and I sent the return via USPS. Tracking confirmed the return had been received, so I wanted for a refund. When no refund was issued I emailed and called. They said they would get back to me, but they never did, so I've attempted to call again and now all I get is a voicemail.

      Purchased item, Per instructions from Customer Service I mailed the package back to them to process the refund.

      Tracking number for item is* **** **** **** **** **** ** and was delivered in August.

      I have followed up on multiple occassions and days with no response from the business after being told that the return would be processed (Please refer to "Neven Email Train 2.pdf)
      Nor have I seen this transaction being refunded on Shop.

      I have logs of the item being returned to the business since August 2023, it is currently October 2023 and the business refuses to process my refund.

      I placed an online order through neveneyewear.com back in late July, I received the order and the product was defective / not up to quality standards. They advertise that they offer returns, so I sent the products back per their directions via email, but I never received a refund. They stopped responding to my emails asking about when the money will be refunded. I have tried several times over the past couple of months to get ahold of them (email / phone), but they refuse to acknowledge this issue. I can provide proof of all interactions mentioned above. Not only would I like my money back for order #********, but I'd also like to help prevent this from happening to other customers.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, even though their explanation of never receiving the items from USPS doesn’t excuse them ignoring me for months (as I would’ve gladly pulled up the tracking info).  I’ll accept the refund as a resolution, and hopefully their customer service communication improves moving forward.  Thanks for helping mediate!

      I requested a refund for my sunglasses as they did not fit. Two months later and I have yet to receive any refund. I contacted them on multiple occasions and they always respond with "I will check the warehouse" and never will follow up

      I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses from the company. I did not care for how any of them looked, so I returned them. I sent the items back a month ago and still have not been granted a refund. Whenever I reach out for an update they say they will check with the warehouse and never get back to me. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now.

      I purchased the pair of glasses, one style I do not like, I sent email to ********************* received a link to replace the item I do not want. My dad is dying in California I left to go visit I come back wanting to rerun the pair and it’s not allowing me (1 month period from purchase), I contact the email and tried to call the number for this company (321) 350-0177 and it goes straight to voicemail I called hundreds of times and no answer only to VM. I am going back and forth in email with idk who and they tell me to return all the items for a refund, I go onto their fb page and see comments from last month from hundreds of people who have returned items and no money ever given back and I don’t want to be in the same position of not getting my money back, paying for the item to be returned to them and then stealing my money. I paid $8 for 3 pairs I only wanted to return 1 pair and even return processing is not done per all the comments I see no one gets their merchandise ***************************************************** review the comments and complaints . Not ever able to speak to anyone live you have a rude person on the end of the email not helping you I feel robbed , the items were just delivered on 7/20 and it’s not even a month yet and I’m not allowed to return . I also am scared to return from the comments that I see no one gets their money back. I attached the emails back and forth. I attached the ******** complaints and when my order was delivered . I don’t trust this company to give my money back

      I asked you multiple times to switch it out and you told me that the system only allows 30 days and you were making me pay for it. I read all the reviews of people who have sent items for exchange and receive nothing. I asked multiple times to have a manager contact me and whoever runs your emails doesn’t listen. I will keep filing complaint with BBB u til my money is returned back to me without me paying a dime I told you the situation and what happened I tried to exchange your cusyormer service is a joke

      No phone number and never responding to messages = horrible. I have sent 6 messages and an an email about their replacement policy for legend X… green. An address I finally got after messaging through the BBB. There are no free replacements. Deceptive marketing at its best. Should be a lawsuit against them. Respond to customers. Simple

      We have responded to the customer multiple times via email though our customer service portal. - see attachments

      We have our phone number on the front page of our site (see attachment) - 321-350-0177 - there is a phone symbol on the bottom right corner of the page

      The customer was sent a draft invoice on May 31, for $12 to replace his glasses- he has not paid as of yet- see attached. and again on 6/23 - - customer needs to check their junk / spam - the invoices for the replacement were sent.
