****** and ***** showed up during expected window time frame and were professional. Gave some suggestions for better functionality on the project we had installed and explained what/why they were installing. From beginning, working with ************** to the installation, CBD get 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone, simply based on professionalism and the work is just a bonusClosets By Design of the First Coast

***** did such a wonderful job designing both our pantry and our mudroom area. I was having a hard time envisioning it, but she was so patient with us helping with every detail. The installers **** and ***** were exceptional. They were so meticulous with their work, organized, clean and fast. I was so impressed by the final product. We cannot wait to design another project with Closer by Design.Closets By Design of the First Coast

Quan was our installer and he was incredibly professional. He worked steadily the entire time he was here-over 4 hours. He was also very friendly. We LOVE our new closet and are very impressed with the quality. Also, ********, the designer, was very efficient. When she arrived for our meeting, our house was a little chaotic with family here from out of town. She was able to concentrate and still provide great service. Although **** and ******** both were tardy for their appointments, they called and informed us of their delays. Again, very professional! My husband and I are very happy with Closets by Design.Closets By Design of the First Coast

Great company! The experience was amazing. From the initial call for service, the Closets by Design staff was welcoming, informative and eager to provide great customer service. our ************************ ******* came to our home and worked diligently with us to get what we wanted. He gave us options based on our budget. He showed upgraded options as any good salesman should. But overall he assured us that the options we had chosen were going to exceed our expectations. And ultimately he was right. Thank you *******. Your professionalism was definitely noticed and appreciated.On installation day we were contacted by our installer *********. He gave us an arrival time and he met that time. (PROMPTNESS ) ********* arrived and immediately began to work on our closet space. He was very courteous, hard working and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was AMAZING! ********* took the time to answer our questions and even was able to give us ideas about how to maximize our new closet space. *********, you are the greatest. Thank you for everything. On my next install I will be requesting you!Overall, I would recommend Closets by Design to anyone who is on the fence about making a move to upgrade their storage options. ******* is amazing at what he does! He and **** transformed our upstairs loft and we have so much storage space now! They are friendly, helpful, and always arrived when they said they would. We are very satisfied with Closets by Design! 10/10 would recommend! We will be using again for future projects!Closets By Design of the First Coast

**** and ****** did a great job installing our cabinets! **** and ******* attention to detail was great as they did the small things (that most folks now-a days dont) that make a great finished product.We also loved the in laid doors as that gave the laundry room entry a better look than any of the other options from the big box stores.Closets By Design of the First Coast
