**** was hired to rewire an older home which previously had cloth wiring, and paid $3200. When we discovered it was incomplete, the business would not answer calls or emails about it (2yr warranty) until threatened with exposing the issues. Then they tried to charge me more to get it done. I denied it and decided to just try to forget the whole thing. Now that its heating up for summer, I realized a section of our home is unreasonably hot for some reason. I climbed to the back of the attic to find: 1, additional rewiring is incomplete and 2, they moved the insulation away to complete wiring in an area, but instead of replacing the insulation panels theyre just piled up in the attic.

We were not hired to rewire this home. We were not hired by ********************* at all. We were hired by *********************** to remove a section of cloth wiring found in the home by the home inspector. Those repairs were made and ************* bought the home. After moving in he found more cloth wiring that was not discovered by his inspector and now he wants us to do additional work for free. We have given him an estimate for the additional work which he scheduled. Then cancelled and told us he was hiring someone else. ********************* is not a client of Bolt Electric. Our warranties dont transfer ownership. This has been explained to him over multiple phone calls as well as two on site visits.

I was never told the warranty would not transfer by the business owner, the 1 visit (not 2), or the previous owners of the home. I also was never told by any party that the rewiring was not for the entire home. I had no electrical inspection completed, and the only such mention of wiring showed up on the previous home inspection in a picture of the control panel (ie-the entire homes power supply). If they can provide me with a signed copy of the newly mentioned nontransferrable warranty or additional paperwork to support that it was not for the entire home (which is highly suspicious as never previously mentioned), then I will consider taking up the issues with the previous homeowners. Until that point, I am the customer as I own the home in which the work was paid for. The invoice I was provided (and previously provided to the business owner) does not indicate it is not for the whole home.

We had lighting and eclectic circuits installed by Bolt Electric. After a couple of weeks, the lights stopped working. After multiple attempts to get Bolt Electric to repair the lights they had installed they refuse. They refuse to warranty their own materials and workmanship withing weeks of the work being performed.

      To whom this may concern,

This is completely falsified information. There has been full communication throughout the entire process, which we have documentation(recorded calls, texts and emails). We have them on the schedule for Monday march 13th to rectify the lights issue. We have refused to deal with ** ****** as he is NOT the customer. He is an agent of a business, from which that business has not given him permission to act on their behalf. Which we have confirmed though his manager. He is making this out as if he is the customer and we went out to his home, in which neither of those are true.
