Such a great experience dealing with the owner and his company. We had them previously installed and a we were getting a new roof and the contractor removed them and damaged them. I called Gutter Helmet and the owner answered and said he would help me get this resolved and worked with the roofer to figure out how to replace them after the roof was completed. They were pleasant, clean and completed the project in a day. Such a pleasure and Ive recommended them to anyone that is looking for that type of product. The lifetime warranty is just that. And they honor it in a way that leads me to write this review. We couldnt be more pleased.Gutter Helmet

The installer and sales were nice folks. I had to have the installer come back numerous times for leaks and every time I called customer service I felt like was in trouble. Then she, the customer service rep, said stuff like... we gotta check your contract... So she spoke with a super sweet tone and was super condescending. I think the system is working but I wonder if I have to call back again for any problems if it'll be covered or not... cuz they gotta check the contract. Three stars cuz I'm not sure the lifetime guarantee is really a guarantee or not. And I don't like feeling like I"m in trouble yo...Gutter Helmet

Outstanding product and service! We've lived in our home for almost 50 years and struggled with our gutter issues until 20 years ago when we finally took a friend's advice and installed our Gutter Helmet. It's been worth every ***** ever since! Our estimator and installer for Keystone Gutter Helmet, *************************************, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The Gutter Helmet product is doing a great job so far (installation was April, 2023). When autumn of 2023, arrived, it was wonderful to look up at all the trees and say, "Let 'em fall." Gutter Helmet has been on the house since 2000. Recently a new roof was installed and the old Gutter helmet had to be removed. The team wanted 50% of the new install cost to remove the old Gutter Helmet.I have looked at competitor's product and they all have screens covering the gutter. While Gutter Helmet is certainly not cheap, it is the only product that keeps pine needles out of the gutters. The house is surrounded by tall pine trees and those screens will eventually fill up with pine needles and someone has to go up and clean them off those mesh screens. The cost to clean over 400 feet of gutter three of four times a year adds up fast.The Gutter Helmet team was great to work with. They were professional, showed up on schedule, and easy to communicate with.Gutter Helmet

Gutter Helmet goes above and beyond. After installation, they monitor the gutters whenever there is a significant weather event to ensure your gutters are working properly. Everyone working for them is polite, knowledgeable and respectful of your property. I cant say enough good things about them. They are great.Gutter Helmet
