      MPI Insurance dept per Guillermo at my billing depth had issued to Boorland Groover the full amount of the bill. $500
      Within 90 days called me about part of the fee not being covered. ******, the billing agent, said she made an error and my insurance (MPI) didn't cover the Anesthesia. They harassed me for 4 weeks before my procedure to get all the ins paperwork returned and signed.
      Unsure why this error occured. When I departed the entire procedure was paid in full. Now It is as if this is a Bait and Switch billing issue. Would like this to be paid partially by Boirland Groover due to their billing errors. I could have had it completed at a facility that did cover it.

      On September 5th I called the building department about refunds of $850 $400 and $297 the person I talked to told me they send the $297 check back to me on June the 10th I told her that wasn't true because the check with dated June 10th and I haven't received anything damn she told me they put it back on my credit card I told her how could you do that and I use the check then she told me oh we'll send it out today and you'll get it this week and that was a lie I contact other people down through emails I don't know who but never got back in touch with me so I like to have my money back if you all can help me because I paid the bill because I have mail handler insurance but Aetna Insurance oversee the bill and they were very very late paying the bill because I'm 66 and I would lie to about Medicaid and so they thought I had Medicaid but they knew better and have nothing money so I paid it now I want my money back I thought I was a sacrifice I want to fix them and I need to do something for my money and I appreciate if you are going to help me thank you
