      If i could leave negative 5 stars if would. I had a procedure done and was told it would be billed as preventative care. The week before I was contacted & told i needed to pay 800 the day of. I explained i could not afford that and that I was told it would be billed preventative and if that was the case i needed to cancel. 2 days before after calling over and over ( and their phone system is a joke)was finally contacted by the nurse from the office i had went to and she reassured me it would be billed preventative and while on the phone with her their ******************* beeped in and that ladie reassured me that it would be billed preventative. I explained to everyone that if it wasn't i needed to cancel because I couldn't afford it. Well 2 weeks after I got a bill from them for ******* and from the hospital for *******. I called and they submitted my claim for a review just for them to deny it. This is bulls***. Now I'm sitting here with over 4000 in bills I can't afford!!!! I've filed a complaint with the ***********. THIS IS WRONG!

      Good morning/afternoon,Our patient, ******* ****, was seen in March 2025. At that time, she was due for a colon cancer screening. During her office visit prior to the procedure, the symptoms discussed with the physician were identified as diagnostic. The procedure performed was completed as a diagnostic examination. This has been resent for coding revision to be classified as a screening procedure. We also informed the hospital that this needs to be changed to a screening colonoscopy. The corrected claim has been sent from Borland *******. Please note that the patient is not responsible for any billing from Borland *******. We cannot provide any information regarding changes made by the hospital.

      Terrible, they do not know what they are doing. They don't care about the everyday life their patients are living. They aren't really looking for a problem, they just want to charge your insurance for as many tests as possible.

      We are unaware of any circumstance that would dictate a negative review. There isnt anything noted in the records to say the patient was unsatisfied with her care or had an issue with her provider.

      I took my mom in to get her colonoscopy today at the Borland Groover Clinic on Belfort. From the second we were greeted in the main lobby to the moment my mom was wheeled out to the car after her procedure, we encountered the most pleasant staff I've ever experienced in a healthcare setting. It was an early morning wait for a not so fun procedure but this staff truly made such an impact on mine and my mom's mood. That kind of energy is contagious and much needed these days. Really, very impressed with this facility.

      This is the worst doctor visit I've ever had in 35 years! My wife and I waited for *************** ******************* for an hour, she came to us for 5 minutes, listened and gave a business card for an appointment, *************** ******************* did not examine and did not ask any questions, the feeling that she was even thinking about her own problems during time of the visit and ignored everything we said. It cost $340 and I didn't even understand what my wife's problem was, I left the office completely bewildered, no suggestions or advice. I tried to solve the problem with the supervisor, but they need $340 more than the client. the supervisor said "the doctor entered the office and you entered the office - the consultation took place."
