LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO HIRE THEM. If you do hire them, REVIEW YOUR ITEMS/FURNITURE BEFORE YOU SIGN THEIR PAPERWORK. DO NOT PAY THEM AND LET THEM LEAVE!They damaged about $500+ worth of furniture, plus caused us to not be able to use our expensive KING ********** Base anymore because they lost all 4 of the legs to it! WE SLEPT ON THE ***** for a WEEK in hopes to find the legs because they said they transported them to our new home, but they are, to this day, over 3 weeks later, STILL NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. One of the team members said they "put them on the floor" as an answer to our question. Unprofessional. We had to THROW AWAY A over $600 King adjustable base because the manufacturer doesn't see the legs separately and universal legs from amazon, which we had to pay out of pocket for, do not fit!The law only requires them to only pay PENNIES by the POUND of furniture they damaged, we got a check for ONLY $185....A JOKE, Since more than $1,000 of furniture was damaged and unusable!Their price rates are a joke/OVERPRICED compared to how SLOW THEY MOVE. You are better off getting a Uhaul and drive the truck yourself and hiring UHAUL movers because they work way quicker and have never damaged things the way Jaguar has! For what we usually get done in 4-5 hours (2 trips...2 loads and 2 unloads), Jaguar only did one trip, for WAY MORE MONEY!They need to SPEAK up and tell the client about the damage instead of being SHADY and allowing the client to think everything is ok and have them hurry and sign the paperwork just to TAKE THE MONEY, since their paperwork says you cant fight in court for damages because signing means you agreed you where ok with the condition of your items when the job was done. There was only one guy on that team that was nice enough to answer our calls and text and actually met my husband to give us the rest of our screws that were in his pocket that he forgot to give us.

I do not recommend. We had moved all the small things, fragile items, tv, electronics, kitchen items, almost all the boxes and we had everything disassembled ourselves to make the move easier for the Jaguar Moving. We left the big items, a few boxes, and a heavy dining room table (quartz top, which we let them know when we scheduled the move). Nothing was wrapped. Nothing. They didnt even bring any wrap with them. Leather couch on side dragged on the floor on the leather. That was damaged. Wooden dresser same scratched on both sides. Assuming they dragged it in its sides. Quartz top damaged, consulted professionals, no repair, must be replaced. The biggest items we hired them to move they damaged. The guys (***** and *****) kept complaining about how heavy things were. When scheduled the move, we asked if they would put something down on our house wood floors they said they would and they didnt put anything down (found damage on newly installed floors). When I saw them trying to fit things through the front door they just pushed the items right into the door, they looked like a kid pushing shapes through different holes to see if they fit. They seem to pressure to us to write a good ****** review right after the move when we didnt have time to access how they did. We even did all the reassembly ourselves since didnt trust them. If you have the smaller items this company is okay. If you have bigger pieces short of a mattress, I would take your business elsewhere. Talked to owner this morning, he was apologetic but we will see if his words carry any weight. Filed a claim. Yet to see any results. I can see why they get people to fill out ****** reviews right after the move. People are happy their things get move and have no time to see all the damage that was done. ****** was insistent on us taking selfies with them saying how happy we were. Beware of these movers and their good ****** reviews.

Please do not use this moving company. They broke several items and then refused to honor the claim.

Moving is a stressful time. I hired Jaguars moving company to help me move into my new home March 2024. The movers were late arriving to my previous home. I was introduced to **** and *******. I advised them they would be going up 3 flights of stairs to move my stuff. The first incident happen with my ****** desk, I use for work. They broke it in several pieces going down the stairs. I was told the only thing is to put a claim in and wait for 2 weeks for a response. A few hours later, ******* was starting to get in a hurry with my things. He than broke 1 on my lamps. I got very upset as this is my stuff. ******* got an attitude because I was upset, no apologies from him. Didn't offer to clean up the glass, and refused to continue to help **** the rest of the move. **** apologized several times and made sure my move went better. The last thing was the company didn't even advise me there was a 4% charge using a card. The move cost me over 1300 like I have that laying around to avoid a fee. I have sent several emails and all they can offer is a ***** check for a ****** desk. I have been told about extra coverage which was never explained to me. I have only asked for at least half the cost of the desk since it's for work.

Was just completed a move from ** to **. Hired ************** in ********* for local work and ***************** for the interstate transport. The ********* coordinator arranged for Jaguar Movers to do the work in *******, to move from truck to apartment. The local team was great (****, Kaiz, Ausher). Super fast work. Had to deal with an elevator and sometimes stairs. Got everything unloaded into the apartment. We actually had two stops as some items went to our temporary storage. So in unloading the truck, they had to deal with me sifting thru things destined for apt vs storage. Did a great job dealing w/ this. They had to basically re-pack the truck when we were done at the apartment so we could then go to storage. Just a super + super job nothing was damaged. And heres a tell-tell sign, a couple of times I caught one of the guys jogging down the truck ramp. No breaks for these guys, just outstanding work. These guys were personal, friendly, and attentive. Id recommend them and hire them again.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever even thought about using. I chose this company because they were highly reviewed in what seemed to be quality statements. My apartment flooded and I found out with 4 days notice that me and my family had to move to a new unit. I scheduled my appointment with Jaguar Moving days in advance for 8am on a Thursday. As we approach the day I receive a phone call saying they cannot honor that time as it as just booked up (even though it had been on the calendar for 4 days) they promised me a window of 11a-3p I accepted and my fianc and I made arrangements so that one of us could be home and take off of work. The morning of our move I noticed that my phone number was incorrect for them to give me a courtesy call when they were close by, I called them to advise of this and they changed it for me and said they would be here shortly. As it became closer to 3:00 we started to worry about getting this move done. I called the office and was advised that they were tied up on another job and had to extend my window till 5- I was fine with this. 4:30 hits and I receive a call of a guy named **** saying that hes been trying to call me all day to get over here to do our move and that my phone number was INCORRECT! I advised him that I called and changed it that morning and he didnt seem to care? He told me that his crew was very tired and needed to eat lunch before coming to my move (i understand needing to have lunch) he also said they had a 3 man crew available for me at an additional cost even though my hourly rate was for two people, I was told if I didnt accept this it would be longer because they would have to drop a guy off before heading to **** advised him we had been waiting 6 hours for arrival and we just wanted to get this done. He said he promised to be here in about 45 minutes. 5:00 hits and he gives me a call again saying one of the movers copped a big attitude with him
