    Absolutely horrible company. Especially management. It was so bad it took over one year to finally get my refund check. Management had absolutely no idea how to run a business. He didnt care one bit about my situation. He never calls back and when he did he was so rude it was pathetic. I even asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to me. I even told him to just send me my money and you wont have to deal with me. He was so unprofessional I believe he was coming up with all kinds of company policies just to delay my refund. If I could have gotten ahold of their CEO I would have emailed or phone him, I really hopes he reads this review of his company. The customer service people were great because it wasnt their fault. If this company cant fix a ECM/pcm they just send it back to you and completely delay for as long as they can to refund your money. The right hand has absolutely no idea what the left hand is doing and when they do they never and I mean never get in touch with you. My cc that I used to make my purchase was stolen they didnt even care about that they said it was company policy to send a paper check and not use a different card for the return. Management has the authority to be able to do that but he just was being a p***k about everything. Management I hope you will read this because Im not done trying to reach the CEO to let him know whats going on there. So everyone out there if you need a ECM/pcm repaired I would find a different company to use.

    Terrible company took my money never sent part they claimed to have then a week later I call to see whats up wheres my part or tracking number at least after a couple calls they say they dont have it and cant even get it wasted a whole week and I still dont have my refund 4 days later they should be out of business

    I was quoted a repair price on my of 224.65 to repair ecm module on my 2006 slk350. The site on google says they can repair ecm modules on cars. It seems to be a scam because after getting module back unrepaired and with a 61 dollar refund it seems I was misled. Looking at Yelp now I see every one that sent them a module to repair was told the same thing. They should not be allowed to do this and seems to be fraud and a scam. Talked to Chris at company and he was not very helpful. He said since you have a Mercedes you should expect to pay more for parts and he had tried to switch me to one of their units for 699 dollars. Looks like a bait and switch. The fact is they should not advertise the repair of modules because I could not find one review that accomplished that. Jacksonville BBB should look into this scam which it seems to be just that.

    DO NOT BUY OR GET AYTHING FROM THIS COMPNAY !! THEY FLAT OUT LIE !!! YOU WILL BE TOLD " YES " WE CAN FIX BUT WHEN THEY RECEIVE A FEW DAYS LATER THET WILL CALL YOU AND SAY THEY CANT FIX THE *** AND NOW THE PRICE IS $850.00 .. THIS IS YOUR WARNING AGAIN DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH WOKE COMANYS!!

    What can I say, They have my ECM, My money and my truck has been down for almost a month. I've been to their website.I see they have a very nice building.If I lived in ******* I would be out front picketing But I would have to take a bus or an uber.There's a sucker born every minute and nationwide knows this.If they send my ECM back to me I Hope it WORK HA!!! So SUCKER'S good luck.

    Please do not use this sick a** company. The whole entire thing is a sham. And a way to drain your money from your bank account. When they see that you are on them. For not sending you the part you purchased. They hang the phone up on you, refuse to talk to you and hope that you would let it go. But I do not intend to let this. The sick a** b******* have scammed me out of almost eight hundred dollars. Our government needs to put a stop to these fake a** companies

    **** ******** was our sales rep. ***** waiting two weeks with no contact, we called to check on our PCM. **** told us it was beyond repair and we needed a new one. We waited 10 more days before receiving the "new" one. **** told us the new one would be ready to go, ************* we're his exact words. We have the new part in and now need a new mobilizer transponder & keys, as well as a lock *****. **** should be held accountable for this pathetic excuse of product ************************* This product is still linked to two keys from past uses. I also need my original PCM returned back to me before they resell it as "New".

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!Module Experts are into me for over $1444.00. This worthless company has my old ECM and I still have not received a remanufactured ECM. Today I will have my credit card company dispute the charge. Why does BBB even allow this company accreditation?

    These guys are fraudsters - they pretended to diagnose my 4x4 module - said it was "completely," destroyed and they wouldn't be able to re-******* for the agreed upon price of $249+ tax - HOWEVER - they could send me a re-furbished unit for another $100. Once done, I asked for my original module back - as I suspected foul play, since my module seemed fine and I didn't trust the mechanic that diagnosed it - they did send my old module back, thankfully. Upon opening up my old module, seeing no arching, burn marks, shorts, etc.- my suspicions were all but confirmed - we decided to try and find another cause of my vehicles problem.Long story short - the problem was in a transfer case actuator motor - not the computer, and not in regards to anything electrical or with wiring - I installed my original, old 4x4 module in the vehicle and everything works perfectly. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS. After requesting a refund, they were able to refund my partially - but refused to return their $99 diagnostic fee - which they should, as their Tech. clearly lied - or is not qualified to do his job. D a r r e l @ ************************** @ extension 8 1 0 2 is their "supervisor."

    I wish i would have seen this bbb review or the one star reviews and complaints but they didnt come up at the time. I sent them $150 and the part. They said it was unfixable and another $500 for a remanufactured minus thr $150. I sent $350 they said cant source one and sent back my module and refunded $38. And then i see the bad reviews and this place needs to be shut down R shut down
