THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I AM A VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS AND TRUSTED THEM AND THEIR WARRANTY. THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME AND GOT ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND IRS EXEMPTIONS. I WILL BE EXPOSING AND SUING THIS COMPANY ASAP!! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEY STOP SCAMMING HARD EARNED SMALL BUSINESSES

This place needs to be put out of business. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Regardless this company should not be allowed to be in business. Now Im out $500 and no PCM. Had to buy a new one which was another 1k. I have ended up eating the cost for my customer because i actually care about my customers. This place i a joke.

2 certified autos repair shops, 1 of which is auto electric services, ran my vehicle obd2 diagnostics. Cost combined for ********************************* services to 2 shops =$500.+. Results=the ********* were bad. After extensive search for dealer OEM new replacements, results=both Modules are discontinued. began online search for Module repair services, near OEM GM dealers' sites was, Module Experts, apparently a division or affiliate of Nationwide Parts Distributors **** Called for info on procedures, and ability of Module Experts to effectively repair ********* back to functionality. ***** answered, and again assured me that Module Experts are exactly that! 40+ years of experience in all makes and models of auto modules", and "The Nations most Trusted & fastest Module repair services". I sent Both ********* to ****, after first agreeing to and paying $195.00 (each) + shipping $16.95 (each) + service charge $12.49 (each), as they were charged and written up as separate online repairs/orders. Orders #s = ****************** Soon a notification from ***** we are returning your BCM, as I have found there is nothing wrong with BCM. I thought "great". A week or so later, **** notifies the *** cannot be repaired, the original promise over the phone was 40+years of Module Experts would repair. The bait & switch, however we can provide a new or quality replacement ready to go for an additional $243. +, which was charged to the card provided. A replacement arrived, results= a used, *** with dirt particulate inside connection plug, that was also mauled, scratched, apparently from scrapyard. With the dirty module, was WARNING! Installation Instructions MUST be Followed. "Do not allow dirt (already particulate dirt in connection plug), to contaminate the modules electrical harness connections". All these warnings would void the Modules Warranty. ****************** boss offered ? refund & return of dirty ***. Not yet received my *** back or refund.

After paying my dealer $199 for a diagnostic test I was told by my PCM ECM needed replaced I called AES Modules a division of National Parts out of ************ ******* and spoke with ****. I gave him detailed information the PCM/ECM needed replaced. He assured me that AES can rebuild it. I was charged $269 and sent in the module **** called me with the bad news. The diagnostic showed I had a bad ecu and they cannot rebuild it. However they can buy a rebuilt one and reprogram it for $1100. I told him to rebuild it but I want my old PcM back. He was very resistant to send it back. He said I guess we can send it back if you want it. After thinking about it for a few hours I called back to cancel my order and return the module. Of course mark never answered the call or returned my messages. I called the number on the website and ***** answered. I told him my name and he immediately responded of course and transferred me to customer service. At this point Im livid knowing they scammed me. **************** said I signed the agreement to run the diagnostic for $150 so I wont be reimbursed. She argued with me that I signed the paperwork. Yet **** reassured me they could rebuild it before I paid. Now that I paid the part is no longer able to be rebuilt. **************** hung up on me. Im waiting to receive my module.

1 STAR CAUSE YOU GOTTA CLICK SOMETHING. Do not use their services. I'm an ASE master certified auto mechanic since 1999. Called them, asked if my specific PCM could be repaired, they assured me yes. Paid the fee &mailed it... they email me... it cannot in fact be repaired. After I specifically asked if it could before I sent it to them. 2 months have passed, they ignore all contact from me. Sad they'd lie just to get you to spend money there.... DON'T DO IT.

claimed they could fix my module for $200 with confidence. weeks went by with no response. finally someone got back to me and told me that they looked at it but they couldn't repair it. They said oh but they can sell me a new programmed one for an extra $500. I almost said okay but first I clicked on their "BBB" accredited logo on their site which said they had a B rating. The BBB site however gave them a 1.11/5 customer rating. I don't see how this could be a B rating. there are hundreds of other complaints that are exactly the same as my experience. Unfortunately many people lost large sums of money to this scam. I didn't know if I could trust the site right off the bat and when they asked for more money I was suspicious. I only trusted them because they had a BBB rating on their site. Now I want to leave a bad review for the ******* BBB and won't trust them ever again.

I wish I wouldve seen these reviews before I attempted to do business with them!! What a c*** show! Sent them my body control module which I knew had a couple issues. Was told they could fix it. After they got it I received a call telling me there were issues with it, duh, thats why I sent it in. They then informed me they couldnt fix it but were miraculously able to find a refurbished one with a warranty. Of course I was elated. ( later to realize this was the old bait and switch!) I asked well since you cant fix the one I sent will you send the old back with the new one and I was told yes. I received the new refurbished one and went to put it in the car and it did not fit the car I had after sending them all the required information, including year, make, model, vin etc. and the old one was not returned. After some emails expressing my disbelief and disappointment the response I received was I sent it to our techs. I was fortunate enough to get the old one back. Thank god! So the total was ****** for them to fix the one I sent. $99.95 diagnostics fee, $66.50 for the warranty of the one they fixed, return shipping of $16.95 and a service fee of $12.49. So since they were unable to fix it it I shouldve received some kind of refund for that. Then I was charged $471.73 for the refurbished one that didnt fit. After I sent it back, provided tracking number and showed delivery I still havent received a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES. I dont live far and am half tempted to drive down there to confront them.

We had used this company before with no issues. Well now we see why all the bad feedback. Sent a module in for a customer, didn't hear anything back for a while, tried calling only to get hung up on several times, when they did answer and speak, they were rude, and then would hang up. They say they are too busy to respond or help their customers. I would say, hire more help. This company is very unprofessional and rude. They would answer a call, set it on the desk, then after a while hang up on us. Our company will not use them again, hopefully the old module comes back to us in the mail, but not holding my breath. Seriously don't waste your time with this company. You may have a few good experiences, but their true colors will shine through eventually.
