    Buying a new car at the Coggin Toyota was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I cannot rave enough about *********** ****. He wasn't pushy, but pleasant & helpful. Since I purchased my 2023 Rav 4 I have had several issues that **** patiently and kindly helped me with. To add to my compliments **** is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend you request him if you are in the market for a car.

    The *** value for a trade in vehicle is not honored at Toyota. I traded in my 2020 hatchback with ***** miles for a new 2023 but this dealership at the Avenues in ******* will not honor the ***** blue book value they only offered me ***** that is more then below the standard *** value and they even straight out stated its because Im already getting a discount. Let me clarify on the *** options thats not on excellent not on good and not on fair. If you want to look at it in there words. I would have been better off going to other dealership to get the appraisal value. This only goes to show that this dealership management team or manager will only go on what you are getting rather than the traditional appraisal value of your trade in vehicles worth.

    This complaint had personally been resolved months ago with the General Manager. The customer is being vengeful as he is not pleased with the manufacturer's decision that an issue he has with his car is under allowable specs and Toyota will not authorize any repairs. He should direct his anger at the manufacturer, not the dealership.

    I just got a new 2023 Corolla from them and ****** helped take the hassle and stress out of car buying. I was *** of there pretty quick and he even showed me how to set my electronics up as well as how some of the fine adjustments to things like cruise control and lane assist. I would highly recommend them to anything be looking for a car.

    My experience with ************************* at Coggin Toyota was nothing short of amazing. After shopping around with several car dealerships, finding Coggin Toyota was a blessing! Not only did I purchase the perfect vehicle without physically seeing it, but the interaction with ************************* was seamless, as well as the purchase price. He understood exactly what I was looking for, cost was affordable, the transaction was quick, efficient, and just perfect. ******* was very communicative and made me feel so comfortable before, during and after my purchase. This is a trustworthy, professional, and reliable dealership, and I wouldn't change anything when it came to my experience with Coggin Toyota.

    I worked with ******************* at Toyota at the Avenues to buy my 2022 Tundra and six months later to buy my teenager's first car, a 2023 Camry XSE. I bought both cars without even test driving them due to my online research and the reputation that Toyota has. My salesman had to scour the state to find the color and model I desired and once a deposit $500 was placed and my ideal vehicle committed to, sure enough it arrived days later. Usually dealerships add on fees for this and that and that happened at the *****************' Acura dealership. They had $2999 in add on fees for all used cars for paint protection and nitrogen tires..etc. so that was a DEAL BREAKER FOR ME $$. First we were considering an Acura TLX but I did not like how the dealership does not adjust their add on fees so....I moved on to where I knew I would be taken care of without committing to ridiculous mark$ups. At Coggin Toyota there is no haggling or game playing, which makes it so much more enjoyable to buy a car- afterall, we have lots of choices on who to spend our money with. I can not say enough good things about my experience shopping here and ask for ******************* and I am sure you too will have a good car or truck buying experience.
