    Hands down the BEST salesman around!!! *************************... He has been my go to salesman for years and I trust him more like family than anything. He would rather see you get a good vehicle and deal then he would make the sale... Top Notch and can not say enough good about him! Coggin is a better place only because of him!!!

    Ordered a new RAV4 which was delivered to Coggin Toyota. The purchase was handled by *************************. We traveled from ** to pick up and ****** had everything ready for us when we arrived. He spent a lot of time with us in explaining the bells and whistles as well as setting up our phones to the vehicle. The finance folks took care of titling and registrations for SC while we were there. Highly recommend Coggin and especially Esmond!

    I had a wonderful experience. ****** was knowledgeable and very professional. I purchased a 2023 Venza and he helped me program my phone and showed me all the features the vehicle had to offer. I recommend asking for him if you need to buy a car.

    "Loaned" ********* (NOT mechanically savvy) an 08 Scion XB for extended period - perfect shape/120K mi. Started using oil/running rough. Coggin Service spent 15 min. and said, "mis-fire / bad Cat/bad crank sensor / new engine / $10,000." We "un-loaned" it, and brought home. No compression #1 - knew it was valve. Found intake cam and cam-bearing boss that showed heat damage. "New" needed parts would have been $800 - used parts found for $105. Add necessary gaskets brings total parts $148. Total diagnosis and parts-replacement time - for me, as a sometimes "shade-tree" mechanic - about 3.5 hours (wife spent 2 hours finding the parts on-line). Coggin Service either did not want the job, or thought they had a "sucker," or just don't have a clue about anything outside of what their code-reader said. I wouldn't take a tricycle with a bent pedal to these guys - STAY AWAY.
