      On Dec 9th I recevied a call @ 3:02pm stating a McCall Bug tech would be at my home on the 10th. I returned the call immediately and spoke with ******* with McCall's. I ask if she would let the tech know that they needed to call before they arrived for service. I am a small busniess and have had tools stolen out of my back yard and keep the gate locked. She ask me to stand by while she tried to make contact with tech to let them know. She returned to the call and stated the tech did not respone, but let her a message stating to call/text before servicing my yard. The next moring when I had not heard from the tech I called ******* again asking the same request. She apologized for the tech not making contact. I explainedI would be working in Brighton Bay in my commuinty six blocks away and would come immediately. At 10:32 I got a text from tech saying they where at my house. By the time I closed the garage door at my job site and got to my house The tech had done the front only and left. No call letting me know they were on the way. When I spoke with the management of McCall about the event and the Tech attitude she became very condescending towards me personally. We paid haft the bill because they did do the front not the back. I have now received email stating McCall has sent the entire bill of 117.00 for collection.

      This is a situation where a customer was upset and made
      inappropriate comments about one of our technicians. The customer commented on
      the technician's appearance and **** * ****** ***** *** ***** **** ******* *** ********** *** **** ** ******* ******* *** *******.' 

      I addressed the complaint by acknowledging the customer's
      frustration but also explained that such comments aren't acceptable. I
      emphasized that we expect all interactions to be respectful, regardless of
      anyone's gender or identity, and let them know that this kind of behavior
      doesn’t align with our company values.

      I offered to send a different technician or find another way to
      resolve the situation, ensuring the customer’s comfort while maintaining
      respect for everyone involved. 

      After trying to resolve the issue calmly and professionally, I
      realized that further engagement wasn't productive. The customer wasn't willing
      to respect the boundaries I set, and his behavior was degrading. As a result, I
      made the decision to cancel his service.

      I explained to the customer that we cannot continue providing
      service under these circumstances, as we expect a respectful environment for
      both our employees and customers. I made sure to document everything for future
      reference and to ensure we're aligned with our company policies on handling
      such situations. The balance has been removed from the account and from our collection agency.

      Company came out and serviced my house on June 20 2024. Service is supposed to last a quarter (3 months). You can call and have someone come out and spray again but often you are waiting WEEKS she then to come neck out. I was not happy with the service because I had bugs at my door the next day and they didn't clean the cobwebs from the pool cage. Two weeks later, I walked out on my pool deck in shoes and get attacked by red ants, so I cancelled because the product didn't work. They are refusing to clear the charges and are threatening to send me to collections with another $40 charge. I days I want going to pay because I had bought my own product and it works (I have the receipt). I have been complaining to this company for about a year.

      We offer our services with a guarantee in between regular quarterly services when issues arise as most companies do at no additional charge. We have provided that guarantee service to *** 4 times with 3 Call backs and 1 scheduled follow up again at no additional charge to him.  He called July 17th to cancel service, which we did process. He did not mention that he was not going to pay the balance on the account. The balance is for the service performed June 20th. We could have worked with him at that time and offered to adjust the collection fee. However, the service was performed. It appears *** is expecting to have no pests at all and that is unrealistic in ******** 
      The product he mentioned in his review stating that he is now using himself, is not labeled for inside use as it is a termiticide and the label states the only inside treatment is a spot treatment for termites and not for household pests. We follow the labels as this is the law we are governed by. We try our best to do everything we can to satisfy every customer with integrity and lawfulness.
