      On 6/28/24 I hired McCall Service to make sure there were no recent rat droppings, remove all old smelly insulation, sanitize and put new insulation in the attic. This was done on 7/31/24. Because I am unable to climb the ladder and see for myself, they showed me pictures of their work and I signed off. On 8/02/24 my handyman was here. I asked him to put something up in the attic for me, He came down and said he saw rat droppings above the garage. There is no barrier between the garage and house area. I call the company. **** came out on 8/13/24 and agreed it was not done fully. The company came out on 8/29/24 and finished the job above the garage. My complaint is that if my handyman hadn't gone up in the attic for me it would have never been done completely as it should have in the beginning.

      I apologize the service was not complete the first time. It is our fault that we did not check behind the subcontractor. I am happy that **** was able to get the service completed fully for you. I am sorry you cancelled before we could make it right with you.

      Per the agreement the garage was not covered. We did that without charging extra to make her happy.

      I had a contract with Greenhouse Services and had been trying to cancel the account which I was being given a run around, while still trying to cancel the account it was sold to McCall Service which came out when I did not want them to and now they are charging me with a service I did not want.

      Had my home tented for dry wood termites by a company that McCall bought. I kept on paying the yearly fees just to find out that they were only guaranteeing for subterranean termites (which I don't have). When it came time to either spot treat the house or tent, they found every excuse not to do it. I spent over $1K over the years for nothing. The last inspection cost me $200+ just to verify what I pointed out: winds and bodies in several areas in the home. Their tenting is 35% higher than other companies. Their excuse is that they don't do tenting and have to mark up price for subcontracting. I discuss my situation with ************** and basically it was like sorry but we only cover subterranean termites, pay for the inspection. I did pay and told them not to contact me again. They are not honest, and their techs are no good, only looking out for the dollar$. Take my advise and save yourself a headache and money and look somewhere else. There are plenty good companies out there, do your research. Good luck.

      0Stars!!! An unfortunate existing company that has created many angry customers. They lie about the cost of their services, they register their technicians on the system that they have treated 2 ur home but never did! I have a camera security system around the house & then charge u for it regardless. They do not make the effort to reach out and apologize for their unprofessionalism and their mistakes and will drive u in to slow madness. Scandalous that they are still in business.
