    we have used this service for 2 years, and have had 3 instances of billing issues including stopping our services without notifying us, forgetting to bill us for a multiple month period, and most recently not providing services in the month already paid for.
    I paid for services in the month of June, and our last bug treatment was around May 18th. I called June 22nd and notified the company I wanted to cancel my services and they insisted I could not have a refund for June due to no 30 day notice. But they would provide services that week. They did not.
    It is now July, I have had no service in 6 weeks and now am moving and renting my home and will not recommend this company,
    I would like my refund of $172, that way I can stop waiting on this delayed service and get started with a different option. My lawn is overrun with web worms and looks less healthy than when we began service with them 2 years ago.

    We have refunded $172.33 to this customer's credit card. All services were completed, lawn treatments are between 5-7 weeks. Lawn treatment 4 was on 5/18.Pest control treatments are every 3 months and was last completed on 5/25. There were some rain days on the scheduling that was mentioned which caused the application to be rescheduled.
