    Stay Away! Royal Pest Services *** is a Company that was hired to service our property from April 2022 to April 2023, All Payments made on time. First Payment of $****** followed by 11 additional Monthly Payments of $93.73. This company does not show up monthly, more like every 6 weeks, billing is monthly. Throughout this past year after the visits we watched on our CCTV Security sustem the tech attempting to service the property but not servicing all areas agreed upon, then when notifing office next tech would not perform service to fix. Last days of contract, contacted them to end the services as the last service was not performed correctly and after a year we still had just as many weeds ect as when we entered into the contract. Rcvd a Bill for another ****** as if I am entering into another year, and when I called them I spoke to A *** who I did not get last name, And was notified they came out after I complained about the last service. So I said I had met my contractural agreement for the year of service. Take me to Court, I then notified my Financial Instution to Block these folks from my finances. Please note the services rendered are not worth $1171.63 per year. "Its a SCAM !", "Its a SCAM !","Its a SCAM !"Unsatisfiled customer in Mandarin *******! April 19, 2023
