I have been very pleased with everything Duck Duck Rooter has done for me. They are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and adept. Their prices were reasonable and they were very good about explaining the details. I was kept informed at all times during the process. I intend to use Duck Duck Rooter for all of my plumbing, sewer and HVAC needs in the future.

****, *****, ***** and the team were absolute professionals from start to finish. They made scheduling easy, they were flexible working around some trees that had to come down, and they got finished fast. Duck Duck was Duck Duck great! I had the pleasure of being sent **** and ****** to the rescue. Not only were they on time but were very respectful of my property and in their speech. They came in here the morning after I had called late in the afternoon with my needs and didnt dally but got the job done very quickly and had my pump up and running. They didnt mess up any property in their job which is rare in and of itself. I highly recommend Duck Duck to anyone who need septic work done.Duck Duck Rooter

Duck Duck Rooter - ******************* experience - ********************* and ***************** were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly resolved the plumbing issue, went the extra mile by noting another potential issue that could negatively impact our system with recommendations on how to resolve. Our problem was resolved quickly with minimal impact on my workday! I have a plumbing warranty with another organizaiton that offers blanket coverage (AC, electrical, plumbing) - but I continue to use Duck Duck because of the truly excellent service I receive there. Also, ****** helped me courteously and quickly access a link for the survey, since I was unable to access the initial link provided. Thanks again! - CJDuck Duck Rooter

Duck Duck Rooter came to my home on 4-03. ***** was my tech and he kept me informed as the job went along. The job was completed quickly and was done right. I will definitely use them anytime I have plumbing problems. The office is also very helpful.Duck Duck Rooter
