2 starsI'm not happy with your service. I called for a clogged sysytem and your man arrived and went thru the process to unstop the system. When he left the tub started to back up again. I called to let the company know and they sent out another techician. He cleared the system indicating that the drain in the tub was the problem and that the tech had pulled out hair. That hair was there when the first guy was at the home. My question to him was, why didn't the first guy clear the clog and why are you charging me again a service charge for what should have been done the first time? The company charged $150 the first day and $150 for the second visit. After several discussions we settled on $75 for the second visit. If you are paid to clear a clog there is in my mind no reason to charge additional money for what you were originally called out for in the first place.Review fromLarry B

I recently called Duck Duck Rooter for plumbing service to replace two bathroom sinks and faucets. I had used Duck Duck previously to replace a toilet. In both instances the plumbers arrived as scheduled and performed the work in an outstanding manner. I highly recommend calling Duck Duck for any plumbing need. I have been completely satisfied with their work on two occasions.

I have an older home serviced by three separate septic tanks and the one servicing the kitchen and laundry room was backing up creating quite a mess in the garage. Your workers came to my home quickly diagnosed the problems and set about effecting the necessary repair, which including gaining access to and pumping out the septic tank which was located in a very confined space in the back yard and then dislodging a clog in the pipe draining to the r tank.The men worked so hard to uncover the tank sufficiently to allow it to be pumped working in a confined space and being very sensitive to leaving the backyard better than they found it.Likewise the plumber working on cleaning the pipe had to work in a confined space in my garage and did so without complaint and very diligently went about his work. Throughout this process the men were very polite and provided me with a much better understanding of how my systems work and how to keep them working at an optimal level.I will always return to this company to address m future needs and would enthusiastically recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors!Duck Duck Rooter

Do you want a company that does great work, that is on time, whose employees are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and do what they say they are going to do? If so, this is the company for you. Starting with the office personnel down to the last ******* they did outstanding work. They installed water lines to our 300-foot dock, along with faucets. Could not complain about any of their work. They were careful to disturb as little of the grass and shrubs that they had to work around. They cleaned up before they left and made sure we were satisfied with their work. If we have anymore plumbing work that needs to be done I can assure you their number will be the first dialed.Duck Duck Rooter

Not only did he skillfully handle the work on my ATU system, but he took the time to educate me on the process. 1 starI need a repipe done for a slab leak. They wanted $199/******* to give me an estimate with absolutely no work being done. No diagnosis needed. All they had to do was show up and put in a bid. No other plumbing company Ive contacted has this policy. I wish I could give them zero stars. Who does this? I guess they dont want to get big jobs for big money.Review fromElizabeth H

I can't recommend them enough. I used to call a different service anytime I had issues and I didn't know what I was missing. I called Duck Duck Rooter and ***** and ******* from their A/C division were helping me same day. They knocked it out of the park and got me back in cooler temps. Friendly, helpful, hardworking, I'll definitely be calling them back for any issues I have. I called them at lunch and all my issues were fixed before the workday was over.Duck Duck Rooter

Duck Duck Rooter completed plumbing work and a voluntary septic inspection on a home we recently purchased. Plumbing issues were identified in the home inspection and were supposedly repaired by Duck Duck Rooter. The first day we moved in the washing machine flooded my garage. Three different technicians came out to solve the problem which was that the connection to the septic was not done correctly. I called at least 3 more times reporting the same concerns identified in the inspection report. The final time I called I was charged a service fee because there were no issues found. Another plumber came and immediately identified the septic system was failing which was the cause of our issues. I spoke with the owner who estimated the replacement to be 18-20 thousand dollars. He said they would come and see what they could do for us but I needed to read the disclaimer page on the inspection report. I passed on that offer considering the poor workmanship and questionable business practices I had already experienced. Not what I expected from this company. Lesson learned the hard and expensive way. Won't be doing business with or recommending them.Duck Duck Rooter

*****, Im not sure why you are leaving our company a 1 star review. I wish Yelp would allow me to post a copy of the inspection report with all notes and pictures. All of our inspection paperwork states you have an old aging shell drain field system with no guarantee on how long it would work. However, at the time of inspection the drain field was working, which is way the report stated so. Again, we did list the drain field had concerns due to the age and material being shell. We are a full service plumbing and septic company and install septic system everyday. We could have just failed the system and sold you a new septic system, but thats not how we conduct business at Duck Duck Rooter. Our owner and Master Septic Contractor called you, explaining the inspection in full detail. We even offered to pull soil samples at no charge to determine if the new drain field would have to be a mound or go back as a gravity system, but you refused the service. Again, why are you leaving us a bad review? You had the inspection report with our notes, pictures and remarks about the drain field concerns, but still decided to purchase the home. How are you blaming us for your issues? We certainly didnt cause them.
