    Frankly put: this company is running a scam! They acquire various properties around the area, raise the rent and fees substantially and then pretend to have little to no staff to justify never getting back to you. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone decent who needs a comfortable and safe place to live.

    They wouldn’t work with the city of Jacksonville to pay my rent .Jessnia or whatever her name was kept avoiding my calls .She said she COULD NOT FILL OUT THE INFO TO GET MY RENT PAID BUT SHE FILED THE EVICTION SO MAKE IT MAKE SENSE?…I will be OBTAINING AN ATTORNEY AS WELL BC I MOVED OUT AND THEY CHARGED RENT FOR MONTHS I WASNT THERE.All they cared about was rent being paid but wouldn’t work with the city to get it paid.I got the owner number and he ignored me as well I guess bc they charge illegall fees onto ur rent if u not a migrant or immigrant .(Hispanic). They refused to fill out they tax and business info for the city of Jax to pay unpaid rent.They never remodeled nothing but wanted 1300 for ranned down apartments.Forced all citizens out by raising rent so they could move their own kind /relatives in …Really felt discriminated against bc they were only willing to help u if u were Spanish .I also think this rental place is practicing illegal activies by housing and employing illegall immigrants

    They come in and buy property, raise the rent and don't fix anything. My mom's apartment was $800 a month before they came. Now it's $1,000 and the late fee for rent is $250.

    I do not live at any of their places but yet they have allowed their tenant to commit bank fraud. I have called corporate and ******* at the ******************* still have not heard back from them.

    They took over management at my former residence and did nothing but cater to the ****************** I moved out of their complex on 8/31/23 and as of 10/16/23 I still havent received my deposit back. The Optivo Group are real crooks

    This property management does not care about their tenants needs when it comes to maintenance request. Even when it is an emergency, and the emergency is making the dwelling an unsafe, living environment the apartment management will not take action in the timely fashion that should be taken. We have a heat advisory at this time and our AC has been on the ***** fort months so and still even with requesting maintenance request, *************** they are still pending and all they will do is come to a temporary fix they will not do any of the work that they stated they will and when you request for maintenance or assistance, it is always a large delay. Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days and they will just keep on telling you we have someone on the way.

    I've lived here for too long to just be silent. Work orders take forever to get completed in a timely manner. I've been begging the maintenance team to fix my hot water heater for 2 weeks now. It arrived Friday and he it is Sunday still no hot water for my son and I. Of course the rent is cheaper than most but this is the ultimate price You'll pay for the cheaper rent. No one helps or cares.
