    I have loved this management. Since the first day I decided to rent in one of the properties. They have excellent customer service and excellent maintenance that is 24 hours a day. Apart from that, they explain everything to you in detail and make you feel happy to live in their property. Thank you for your excellent work.

    One star doesnt even cover how livid I am. This company is so unprofessional. I have given work orders on the app, went in person, called, texted and email. They state they dont have enough maintenance men but when my neighbor calls them that is Hispanic they answer to her right away. My building has two artmemts condemned and was told by these people that I should just find a new place to live because they wont be fixing anything. But I now have to hire a lawyer to break my lease cause these people believe that they should receive 2-3 months up front to break my lease. No one should pay more money, when they dont even make your house feel like a home. I hope this so called management company gets shut down for good due to how they run things. They have even lost apartment complexes due to how to they treat people (***** **** is an example) after my lease is broken I will never refer or rent from these height unprofession so called company again as I was lied to from the beginning and was lied to the whole time I have rented to these people all because Im not Hispanic. Discrimination is against ******* tenant rights optivo group keep that in mind.
