      I placed my order on August 28, 2024, with ******* ******. When I received the order, the nametag was bent, and the product was not as advertised. I contacted the company numerous times and eventually had a customer service person named *******, respond to me that they would not correct the problem but offered 15% off a new order. My name tag was missing the part that said "****** ***** ************ *******". ******* stated that the area was called the title portion, however, that is not how the product was advertised, as the pictured item says the person's name & title at the top then "****** ***** ************ *******" in the black area. When I placed my order I even added that if my entire name and title didn't fit in the area to just keep my 1 last name and title. The bent name tag I received had my name at the top and my title where it should have said "****** ***** ************ *******". I called ******* again, she told me was going to speak with a manager and get back to me but never did, that was a month ago. I called again today, ******* placed me on a 30 minute hold until the phone line disconnected because they closed. At this point, I just want a refund. This has been a horrible experience with this company.

      On December 17 2023 I ordered a stamp and stamp pad. I ordered the largest stamp pad available, and I did not realize that it was not big enough for the custom stamp I ordered. The quality of the stamped image is terrible. The customer service is deplorable. I have requested a refund.

      Timeline and details

      On Tuesday Oct 17th, I placed an order for Customs signs through the website at 3:00 pm eastern time.

      The billing address was incorrectly used as the shipping address which I admit was my error.

      At 4:30 eastern, the mistake was realized and I called to correct the error. (customer service was closed)

      The following day, I called again and was received by customer service. I explained the situation and they changed the shipping address for the order.

      Friday Oct 20th, the package is delivered to the original (wrong address). I call customer service, but they are closed. I leave a chat message which the website says is available and never receive any communication back through that portal during the whole process.

      I contact customer support Monday Oct 23rd to explain the situation. I am told it was their error and they would reship or provide refund. Customer service says they will contact me to follow up. They do not.

      I call again tuesday Oct 24rd and again explain the issue. I am told something similar and that I would be contacted same day. Again, no contact except an email where she asks what address it was suppose to be sent to. This I responded to even though I was told the prior day that they already knew the address.

      I call again Wednesday Oct 25th and explain the issue again. I am told the same thing and that I would hear back. I did not hear back.

      I call again Thursday Oct 26th after receiving an email that I would not get new signs shipped to the right address or a refund. It is acknowledged that it was their error and that I properly communicated the change in shipping address, but they would do nothing to rectify that.

      At this point I simply request a refund for the product.

      The company overcharged me for the products they did send and claimed that one of the products that I saw as supposed to be included was not sent. Upon attempting to call them to correct the issue I have been told there was no error the first time. When I called a second time (after doing more research to ensure I was correct about the pricing I was promised, the prices of other similar products on the website and such) I called a second time. During that call I was placed on hold while they were supposed to look into things with a supervisor, and conveniently enough after several minutes I was disconnected. Since then, I have called twice and both times I was oddly caller number two in their que, and after waiting for a bit it told me that I had requested a call back, logged my number and set me for a callback each time. Note that I have not received call backs on either of those calls. Today I called again and now it tells me that they are in a companywide meeting (this was at around 4:15 EST). Interestingly enough I encountered another companywide meeting when I called previously in the morning hours. It just seems that they are trying to make it incredibly difficult to get this matter resolved.

      The price I should have been charged without the Inker I was expecting is around $66.87 and I was charged $79.02. The $66.82 is due to the Kentucky Notary Value Kit listed at $60.97, a 15% discount code, $6.99 shipping, $4.47 in tax and $2.99 handling fees. Even without the discount and adding these fees it does not come to $79.02

There is no email from the customer however, I did reach out to him in ****** to follow up regarding his concern/complaint.

      After the 15% off discount (-$11.40) the total is $64.57

      After the checkout fee of $2.99 plus $6.99 for shipping and $4.47 in taxes, the total is listed below.
      $64.57+2.99+6.99+4.47 equals $79.02

      Bought a badge - they asked me via email to ok the proof as to not hold up production- yet it seems they are.

      I ok’ed it early in the morning and they’re east coast as I am. It shouldn’t take all day to see that I ok’ed the proof - yet no email back and the status says on hold for order ******** with name tag wizard who this company owns.

      I’ll attach were I approved it and the fact they take money asap and then tell you you’re holding up the process when you don’t ok a proof of a badge when in reality they don’t look at emails and stall the order.

      I am rejecting this response because: they have said for 2 days that they would ship it yet only  a shipping label was created days ago when supposedly they responded to the email but it’s not actually been shipped. So I’ve got that excuse ***** that you shipped it out for two days now - “ creating a label”  Just to shut customers up but not sending it out are two different things. I don’t want this closed until this actually gets shipped bc he’s been lying for two days about that.

      Ordered 12 customized can koozies online on 7-8-22 valued at $40. Paid additional $20 for expedited shipping. Koozies were for a party on 7-16-22. Expedited shipping said arrival would be no later than 7-15-22. It is now 7-20-22 and I still do not have the product. The company is not available by phone - answering machine says they are in a company-wide meeting (constantly). Their online "chat" appears to outsourced to another country. Chatted with them on 3 different occasions and they all told me the same thing every time .. "I need approval from supervisor to refund. Can I help you with anything else today?" Nobody has followed through and refunded me.
      I need a full 100% refund. They already screwed me over by not providing their product as promised and wasted hours of my time trying to get a refund. I should at least get all of my money back.

      I spent $49.99 on rush delivery for notary stamps to be able to provide notary services for my business. As of today, the day it was supposed to be delivered, the order is still listed in production and hasn’t left the company. When I call the number, I get the staff is a meeting and the online chat windows are offline during hours of operation.
