      I placed an order for an expedited custom stamp with overnight shipping: needless to say it was very expensive. The day it was supposed to arrive, I received a credit email stating I requested a refund and the amount is being credited back to my credit card. I never requested a refund. I contacted SimplyStamps and they said they could not make the stamp so they canceled the order. They never contacted me, just canceled the order on the day the stamp was supposed to arrive. This type of contempt for the customer is unacceptable.

There are very few stamps we cannot make...but when it comes to any text, artwork, or images related to government entities, law enforcement, schools, etc. we cannot produce without approval from said source. I am sorry no one reached out to explain before canceling your order, that is definitely an issue on our side and I will address with our team. *****

      Ordered a stamp for our business logo. As advertised, I wanted to utilize this stamp on paper bags for our store. It did not work and the detailing of the stamp was unreadable anytime I tried to use it. I chatted with customer service and told them the issues. After my explanation and sending pictures of the issues, initially they stated they would start a return for me and email me details around it. Unfortunately another person reviewed the case and then stated it was my error in ordering the stamp and it wasn't meant to stamp on anything other than flat paper. i stated their website advertised on paper craft bags and asked them to reconsider standing behind their product. I have not received a response back and it is obvious they do not care to come to a resolution for this product. Therefore, it is my recommendation to not order stamps from this company especially those for detailing out your logo.

      TERRIBLE customer service. I put a note in my order regarding imprint size & to contact me if my imprint was not a specific *********** completely ignored my note, manufactured the stamps & then sent them to me with no word at all. I was SEVERELY disappointed when I received my stamps, as they were 1/3 the size I'd expected them to be. Contacted ************** denied me any refund or replacement stamps. Now I am stuck with two TINY stamps that I have zero use for. Perfect.I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. AVOID!!

      Ordered a professional stamp, and the stamp delivered did not match the image in the order. The stamp delivered was defective and would not stay in its housing. Company will not take accountability for not displaying the correct image on the web page, and sending a defective stamp that does not match the image in the order. They will not refund or provide you with the correct stamp image ordered or refund on a defective stamp. This company will not display the correct image on their web page or in your order details that you think you will receive. They will replace it with a defective stamp and will not backup their product. My experience with customer service has been the worst experience ever.
