      Travel camp of Jacksonville Florida gave my family a great experience. The Sales staff is polite, experienced, and assisted us in picking out our rv with NO sales tricks. As a veteran, I encourage you as a veteran or anyone else to do business with Travel Camp of Jacksonville.  Their service department is very good and quality in mind to give you your money's worth. My rv was detailed very nice. Customer service is wonderful!!

      My experience with Travel Camp of ******************************* has been a total nightmare from day one. If the purchasing my travel trailer in April 2021 I noticed there was a window leak in the rear of the trailer. After the travel trailer spending two days at the Brooksville location they told me that the window was removed and resealed completely. I questioned how the window couldve been removed when it contained the old caulking no answer was offered. During the course of repairing my window when they moved my travel trailer they destroyed my steps We were never informed that our steps were destroyed and they replaced the steps with a cheaper brand with no explanation other than the steps were destroyed nobody would admit to this accident. I demanded that my steps be replaced with the ones that I paid for when they replaced my steps after waiting one month The steps they replaced my old ones with had a different footprint therefore leaving five holes in my floor which was never repaired. I brought my trailer back a second time and they decided the leak was caused by a crack in the fiberglass by the camera. After repairing the fiberglass The leak was good for a couple of months and then it started leaking again. I finally removed all the caulking from my window completely resealed it and I havent had a leak since. When I purchased my travel trailer there was a sizable dent in the dining room table and I was promised a new table. I finally received a table after waiting seven months into everyones surprise it was the wrong size table. After waiting another month I finally received the correct table Which I installed the legs on myself. The next problem I experienced was the entrance door to the Travel Trailer. The interior of the door was totally rippled and was defective. The service department at Travel Camp in Brooksville stated they would have to order a new door. The door was ordered. We waited seven months to get the new door alot More to come
