      Went to Travelcamp Beach Blvd. for service, not only did they take care of me in service, but I wound up trading my camper in for a new one.. **** and **** were very Helpful through the whole process. I just wanted to give a shout out and say thank you to travelcamp..

      DK E *********** store 2/25/2023 Walked in the show room was greeted quickly, my contact sales person was busy with another client, was NOT given another sales person " go over there and sit, do you want a water? " we said yes please. and that was it, finally after about 20 minutes or so I asked is there any one else that can help? because I could clearly see our sales person had no intensions on helping us, the second sales person was pitiful to say the least.this guy made us sit at a desk and said pick what you want and go look for yourselves, so like idiots we did just that, picked out 2 and started to ask questions and was told again go look it up and get info there, GUESS WHAT there was no info there that we needed to know then I asked the price on one and again GO LOOK IT UP yourself and this second guy took on another customer.I was prepared to buy your Vista but was treated like a second rate buyer, I was dressed comfy as i was going to be hot and was going to do my own inspection so guess I did not look like a serious buyer GUESS WHAT I was after the 3rd attempt on getting help I told the wife lets get out of here, if this is the way sales is hate to see how there service **** is.units were dirty some could not even get in to, no lighting, OH they did let us use their golf cart yippee,

      The team at the store were very friendly and treated me with the upmost respect as a veteran its very hard to find a place that understands my sense of humor and it was very refreshing meeting a crew that has that, the sales team was very knowledgeable. And the ** is by far the best manager Ive ever seen in a business highly recommend for all your camping needs.

      Unscrupulous dealer. They took my credit card deposit on a used Travel Trailer advertised on RV Trader. The next day the price went up $2000 higher. The day before my scheduled appointment to inspect this trailer, they called me and said the trailer was no longer listed for sale as it needed too many repairs.How can you list something for sale and then raise the price? Unscrupulous and disappointing.They refunded my deposit but sold this trailer to someone else for a higher price.Run, don't walk away from this RV dealer!

      Great experience. Overall fair price and good selection. We purchased a 2019 cougar to use on the weekends and have taken it out twice and all has been great.

      I purchased a new Shasta travel trailer trailer from Travel Camp in *********. Do your self a favor - go some where else. I have never run across a more incompetent company in my life. Sales Department - lacked knowledge of their product. ****************** was only interested in financing the travel trailer and the extended warranty. Just wanted to pay cash for the trailer - not sure if they want to sale campers - they seemed to be interested in financing campers only. ******************** battery dead, kitchen sink leaked, shower leaked, and 7 pin wire melted. A month later - no repairs have been made and both service managers quit. I asked to have the General Manager give me a call - no response.

      Use travel camp at your own risk. Sold MH after told me I had it. Had to contact 9 times to get deposit refund. Terrible, thanks terrible terrible. Stay away from GM. No ethics. They will say right words in response, but it is all BS. Be VERY careful if you work for government.

      We purchased our unit in *********** and had a good experience. We expected that we would have to get a few things repaired on a brand new unit and knew that there would be some minor issues.Since May of 2021 that location has gone through so many employees it would take forever to list them all. The ** has turned over multiple times. The service manager as turned over just as many times. The individuals that answer the phone in the service department have changed three times... and each time it requires starting all over with our unit that is already there on the lot.The most frustrating part of our entire experience was that each time we've dropped it off, some of the initial repairs weren't completed, but we brought it off the lot with new issues that they had caused. They've damaged our wood molding trim for mystery repairs they completed that weren't ever asked for. They removed our refrigerator even though there was no service needed in that area and dented the stainless steel door. They charged the extended warranty for a new unit! They ordered the wrong hinge side so made a second warranty claim for another unit! They've drilled through pipes under our unit, scratched doors, damaged cabinets, and left repairs undone.We've been told everything from some upgrades to getting a transport company to pick our unit up and deliver it since they caused the issues. Unfortunately the people making the promise of a vent cover, wifi booster, new tires and solar upgrades always seems to leave the **ville store before they can ever fulfill their promise. We've talked with ************ about the issues and still don't get follow up or help getting our unit fixed. At this point we just want it back in whatever condition it might be in and we will find a reputable service department to fix our "new" camper that now has damages we never caused. Might be worth a purchase, but if they can't provide service after the sale just start someplace else.

      Still being ignored Still getting the run around I deal with million dollar contracts every day here we are dealing with a couple thousand. And travelcamp is committed to s******* the customer Lol lol they admit their deception and offer a 60% refund. This manager is ridiculous. Its like I stole your money. Here is a little back Go away Spoke with the manager ********* last week. She agreed to a partial refund and now wont respond to emails or phone calls. Use extreme caution wit dealing with this dealership Be weary of this dealership. Very dishonest bought a motorhome last week was told it was at **** dealership because of bad breaks. Now am told it has to be towed because it doesnt run. Refusing to refund my money. Very deceitful. Dishonest Be weary of this dealership.
